泛会所不仅是居住配套的延伸，更是提升生活品质、彰显身份地位的精神家园。湖境云庐泛会所的设计起源于我们对嘉兴这座城市人文气息的深刻烙印，对作品人文气质的塑造，正是李益中空间设计的核心理念。

Pan Club is not only an extension of residential facilities, but also a spiritual home that enhances the quality of life and showcases identity and status. The design of Hujing Yunlu Fan Club originated from our profound imprint on the humanistic atmosphere of Jiaxing city. The shaping of the humanistic temperament of the works is the core concept of Li Yizhong’s spatial design.

空间概念以“上善若水”为精神内核，内部空间不仅注重实用性与功能性，而且强调艺术性与审美性。体现嘉兴城市的人文底蕴与高阶人群对品质生活的追求，通过艺术品味与生活娱乐的结合，构建了一个既尊贵又富有文化底蕴的高阶生活方式体验空间。

The concept of space is based on the spirit of "the highest good is like water", and the internal space not only emphasizes practicality and functionality, but also emphasizes artistic and aesthetic qualities. Reflecting the cultural heritage of Jiaxing city and the pursuit of quality life by the high-end population, a luxurious and culturally rich high-end lifestyle experience space has been constructed through the combination of artistic taste and entertainment.

楼梯的外边框采用了深邃的黑色，如同夜空一般深邃而神秘，与上方的天光形成了鲜明对比，更加凸显了楼梯的立体感与层次感。而内边框及踏步则选用了类似于“古韵红”的色彩，具有时光的厚重感，又充满了现代的时尚气息。

The outer frame of the staircase is made of deep black, as deep and mysterious as the night sky, forming a sharp contrast with the sky above, highlighting the three-dimensional and layered sense of the staircase. The inner frame and steps are designed in a color similar to "antique red", which has a sense of time and is full of modern fashion.

人们可以感受到江南水乡的柔美与宁静，也能体验到现代都市的活力与创新。功能上配备了高端健身中心、恒温泳池、红酒雪茄吧、太太宴会厅、宠物区与私人聚会场所等十大功能区。完善的现代生活娱乐设施，延展出未来多样生活场景的第二空间，是高阶圈层的社交平台。

People can feel the softness and tranquility of the water towns in Jiangnan, as well as experience the vitality and innovation of modern cities. Functionally equipped with ten major functional areas, including a high-end fitness center, a temperature controlled swimming pool, a red wine and cigar bar, a ladies’ banquet hall, a pet area, and a private gathering place, the modern living and entertainment facilities are complete, extending into the second space of future diverse living scenes and serving as a social platform for the high-end circle.

吧台后方的透光玉石背景墙，以独特的温润光泽，彰显出一种非凡的雍容华贵，与精致的隔断屏风交相辉映。休憩区的沙发被精心安置于景观一侧，让宾客在享受舒适坐姿的同时，也能最大限度地领略室外园林的旖旎风光。

The translucent jade background wall behind the bar showcases an extraordinary elegance and luxury with a unique warm luster, complementing the exquisite partition screen. The sofas in the resting area are carefully placed on the side of the landscape, allowing guests to enjoy comfortable seating while also maximizing their appreciation of the beautiful scenery of the outdoor garden.

泛会所设计不仅关注空间的视觉美感，更注重业主的尊享体验。通过提供高品质的健身、休闲、娱乐设施，以及圈层属性的定制服务，如红酒雪茄吧、私宴厅等，满足对高品质生活的追求。

The design of the Pan Club not only focuses on the visual beauty of the space, but also emphasizes the exclusive experience of the owners. By providing high-quality fitness, leisure, and entertainment facilities, as well as customized services with community attributes such as wine and cigar bars, private banquet halls, etc., we meet the pursuit of a high-quality life.

墙面装点着许多艺术家的作品，以及嘉兴水乡有代表性的黑白历史照片，营造出一种艺术与人文交织的尊贵氛围，让到访者能感受到人文的魅力与文化的滋养。

The walls are decorated with works by many artists, as well as representative black and white historical photos of Jiaxing’s water towns, creating a noble atmosphere of art and culture intertwined, allowing visitors to feel the charm of humanity and the nourishment of culture.

嘉兴的人文气质既有文人墨客的雅致情怀，也有江南水乡的温婉细腻。设计师精心打造了嘉兴首个女性主题的泛会所空间，它不仅继承了嘉兴文人墨客的雅致品味，更融入了江南水乡女性的温婉与细腻，为女性宾客提供了一个既能展现自我风采，又能品味生活之美的雅致之所。

The humanistic temperament of Jiaxing embodies both the elegant sentiments of literati and poets, as well as the gentle and delicate charm of the water towns in Jiangnan. The designer carefully created the first women’s themed club space in Jiaxing, which not only inherits the elegant taste of Jiaxing literati, but also integrates the gentleness and delicacy of women in Jiangnan water towns, providing an elegant place for female guests to showcase their own style and taste the beauty of life.

在“太太会客厅”中，设计师特别设置了艺术展览区、文化沙龙区、休闲娱乐区和精致茶歇区等，满足多样化的需求与期待，为女性提供了专属的欣赏与交流的平台。

In the ’Madam’s Reception Room’, the designer has specially set up an art exhibition area, cultural salon area, leisure and entertainment area, and exquisite tea break area to meet diverse needs and expectations, providing women with an exclusive platform for appreciation and communication.

光厅与入户大堂构成了一个引人入胜的序曲，预示着宾客即将踏入一个非凡的世界。两侧缓缓流淌的流水造景，为这深邃静谧的空间增添了几分灵动。

The light hall and entrance hall form a captivating overture, heralding that guests are about to step into an extraordinary world. The flowing water on both sides creates a scenery that adds a touch of liveliness to this deep and tranquil space.

高层入户大堂，艺术红铜与不锈钢的光辉，石材与木饰面的相映成趣与透景设计穿插其间，体现空间仪式感。

The entrance hall of the high-rise building is adorned with the radiance of artistic red copper and stainless steel, complemented by the interplay of stone and wood veneers. In addition, the project’s exclusive logo is embedded in the glass in the form of graphics and text, interspersed with the translucent design, reflecting the sense of ceremony in the space.

首层生活馆的表现形式是在浅色调的开阔空间中，嵌入一个深色木盒子的手法，它能增添空间的层次感与深度。中心位置，设置了一个功能齐全的服务导台，并陈列出一个温馨雅致的茶吧场景，为整个生活馆的空间拉开了一幕精彩序幕。

The expression form of the first floor living hall is the technique of embedding a dark colored wooden box in a light toned open space, which can add a sense of hierarchy and depth to the space. In the central location, a fully functional service guide has been set up, and a warm and elegant tea bar scene has been displayed, opening a wonderful prelude to the entire living hall space.

一旁的无界落地窗，令室内空间与精致的园林景观形成了互动，室内外景色交相辉映，令人心旷神怡。

The boundless french window on one side makes the indoor space interact with the exquisite garden landscape, and the indoor and outdoor scenery complement each other, making people relaxed and happy.
