Into The Wild house blends into the verdant mountains of the Indian town of Mettupalayam, creating a garden-like atmosphere. Smooth forms and coherent transitions are the hallmarks of the architectural design, where soft curves and organic forms give the feeling of being in a cave, while innovative folding structures echo the natural landscape and inject a wild natural atmosphere into the space.

Into The Wild住宅由Earthscape Studio建造于2024年，是一座环保设计的雕塑典范。工作室的设计强调了75%的自然和25%的建筑，并将可持续性作为设计理念，将重点放在减少碳排放的建筑技术上，创造了一个自给自足的结构。这种建筑结构以流体形式折叠和流动，被之称为“折叠建筑”。

Built by Earthscape Studio in 2024, Into The Wild House is a sculptural example of environmentally friendly design. The studio's design emphasises 75% nature and 25% architecture, and incorporates sustainability as a design philosophy, with a focus on building techniques that reduce carbon emissions, creating a self-sufficient structure. This architectural structure folds and flows in the form of fluid, which is called "folding architecture".

住宅坐落在一处平缓的地势上，其独特的地理位置将群山苍翠尽收眼底。郁郁葱葱的椰树和棕榈树环绕着建筑，形成天然的隔热层，可降低室内温度，同时有助于保持建筑的结构完整性。设计师采用被动冷却策略来提高Coimbatore潮湿气候下的舒适度，精心布置的窗户和通风口可产生烟囱效应，使冷空气流入，热空气溢出。

The house is situated on a gentle slope with a unique location overlooking the verdant mountains. Lush coconut and palm trees surround the building, creating a natural insulation layer that lowers indoor temperatures while helping to maintain the structural integrity of the building. The designers employ passive cooling strategies to increase comfort in Coimbatore's humid climate, with carefully placed Windows and vents that create a chimney effect, allowing cold air to flow in and hot air to escape.

Earthscape Studio通过 Into The Wild住宅对印度的传统工艺和土制建筑表示致敬，于建筑师而言泥土不是材料色调，土制建筑的美不仅在于材料的使用，而在于工艺匠心。

Through Into The Wild House, Earthscape Studio pays tribute to India's traditional craftsmanship and earthen architecture. For architects, soil is not the color of materials, and the beauty of earthen architecture lies not only in the use of materials, but also in the craftsmanship.
