The house is located in a densely built cottage area on a small plot, so we decided to use our favorite architectural technique — orienting the house inward. To achieve this, we placed an atrium with plants in the center of the house, and all the rooms were arranged around it.

The faсades of the house are predominantly made of a single material — clinker brick in a riegel format. The entrance and summer relaxation areas with a terrace are highlighted by accent elements of faсade design in the form of massive screen-like walls, which appear to be elevated from the floor level and form portals that invite you into the house.
