聚落是人类社交活动的聚集地。通过居住、劳作等方式聚集在一起，形成了紧密的社会联系和互动网络。

作为一个以部落为主题的商业集群，它不仅是一个售卖或聚集的空间，更是一种深刻反映人类社群本质与归属感的现代诠释。

在这个理念下，社区被构想为一个有活力，和谐共生的部落，其中每个成员都扮演着不可或缺的角色，共同维护并丰富着部落的文化传统与生活方式。

A settlement is a gathering place for human social activities. Through living, working, studying, and other ways of gathering together, it forms close social ties and interactive networks. As a commercial concept themed on tribes, it is not merely a space for selling or gathering but also a modern interpretation that deeply reflects the essence and sense of belonging of human communities. Under this concept, the community is envisioned as a vibrant and harmoniously coexisting tribe, in which every member plays an indispensable role, jointly preserving and enriching the tribe’s cultural traditions and lifestyles.

TRIBE

项目场地坐落于海口市世纪海角公园世纪大桥下，东接世纪海角商业街区，西临云洞图书馆。如何在这样的场地中打造一个主理人聚落社区成为了这次设计探讨的方向。

The project site is located under the Century Bridge in Century Haijiao Park, Haikou City, adjacent to the Century Haijiao Commercial Block on the east and the Cloud Cave Library on the west. How to create a community for hosts in such a location has become the focus of this design discussion.

商业？Commercial？

项目一大亮点是原始场地本身，整个世纪大桥的南侧为场地提供了一个巨大的天然屏障。项目类型虽然是一个商业街区，但团队更希望它是一个云下的乐园。为此，我们在主理人店铺的周围搭建了脚手架，景观和空间装置以增加更多灵活的灰空间，并通过一条蜿蜒的中央街道使之串联起来。除了场地南北两侧的主要通道以外，我们还将场地的东西各处打开，形成开放友好的街区氛围。

One of the highlights of the project is the original site itself. The entire south side of the Century Bridge provides a huge natural barrier for the site. Although the project type is an open commercial street block, the team hopes it will be a paradise under the clouds. For this reason, we built scaffolding, landscape and spatial installations around the main store to add more gray spaces and connected them through a meandering central street. In addition to the main passages on the north and south sides of the site, we also opened up various places on the east and west sides of the site to create an open and friendly street block atmosphere.

共创 Co-create 克制与留白是这次设计的一大重点，为了让每家店铺能够最大限度的彰显其特点，设计没有在细节上做过多的修饰，而是通过简约的语言勾勒出每个房子的框架，把创意的空间更多的给到了 14 为主理人。这一次，我们携手变余构造设计团队，通过形体组合，多元素材料搭配以及公共空间的装置景观一体化设计，试图在这个狭长的空间中勾勒出一个我们理想的聚落社区集群，让整个世纪海角公园在桥下的区域焕发出别样的生机与活力。

Restraint and leaving space blank are the key points of this design. To enable each store to showcase its unique features to the fullest extent, the design refrains from excessive embellishment in details. Instead, it sketches out the framework of each house with simple language, leaving more creative space to the 14 main designers. This time, we have joined hands with the Bian Yu Construction Design Team. Through the combination of forms, the integration of multiple materials, and the unified design of public space installations and landscapes, we attempt to outline an ideal community cluster in this long and narrow space, breathing new life and vitality into the area under the bridge of Century Seaside Park.

云架 Cloud Racks 通过营造架空、台地、廊桥，以及向各个方向延展的“云架”，设计让空间体验更为多元且有层次感。在漫步的过程中，人的视线随着动线的转折而不断变化：时而与桥下川流不息的人群产生互动，时而又能欣赏到远处的海景，时而又能与某个店铺的内部空间产生联系。各个店铺向外延伸的平台则提供了更多停留休憩的空间，同时，也将场地内外的空间连系起来。

By utilizing elevated pedestrian flow lines, continuous transportation spaces, and “cloud racks” that extend in various directions, the spatial experience becomes more diverse and layered. During the stroll, one’s gaze constantly changes as the movement path turns: sometimes interacting with the bustling crowd under the bridge, sometimes admiring the distant seascape, and sometimes connecting with the interior space of a certain shop. The platforms extending outward from each shop provide more spaces for lingering and resting, while also connecting the spaces inside and outside the venue.

场地的另一处特点则是景观台地，我们将各个分散的小建筑通过升起的平台进行串联，形成了聚落感的建筑群岛效应（archipelago），同时也形成了天然的休憩场所。在这次项目施工过程中，海口遭遇了罕见的超强台风摩羯，为了使项目成功落地，我们对每一座建筑装置进行了加固，景观平台也为建筑的地上基础提供了更大的空间。幸运的是，在台风过后所有的建筑装置都完好无损，这也给予了我们更大的信心。

Another notable feature of the venue is the landscape platform. We have connected the dispersed buildings through raised platforms, creating an architectural archipelago effect that fosters a sense of community while also providing additional spaces for people to rest. During the construction of this project, Haikou was hit by the rare and extremely powerful Typhoon Jebi. In order to successfully implement the project, we reinforced each architectural installation, and the landscape platforms also provided more space for the ground foundations of the buildings. Fortunately, after the typhoon, all the architectural installations remained intact, which gave us greater confidence.
