A request for a house design with a land size of 8m x 16m requested by a client there are 2 cars in the garage. minimalist model with canopy and list plank motifs.

The design on the 1st floor has a garage with 2 cars, side by side with the living room but in different zones. The garage is designed to meet directly with the kitchen and toilet as well as the dining room, one bedroom and a garden in the back to neutralize healthy air circulation.

The 2nd floor design is filled with 3 bedrooms, with toilet facilities in the bedroom. The family room is located near the stairs and in the back area is filled with a storage room for drying and clean water filling tanks.
