The 64m large-sized ultra luxury ceremonial door head creates a recognizable and open door interface, and enhances the visibility and sense of territory through the entrance water feature and point landscape design. Thus, a poetic painting of the grand mansion of Dongguan Prefecture in the East slowly unfolds. Symmetrical landscape walls add spatial layers, emphasizing visual extension and field tension. Walking over the floating corridor bridge on the water surface, it is light and ethereal, rendering the entire space elegant and sophisticated.

高低错落的铁冬青形态古雅别致，结合中央水景形成整体空间的仪式感，建立静谧的空间氛围。树影婆娑，茶香袅袅，延续建筑分缝与立柱形成序列感，结合金属网帘，于若有似无间构建烟雨朦胧的东方意境之美。The high and low staggered shape of the iron holly tree is elegant and unique, combined with the central water feature to form a sense of ceremony in the overall space, establishing a peaceful spatial atmosphere. The tree shadows sway, the tea fragrance lingers, and the continuity of the building’s joints and columns forms a sense of sequence. Combined with metal mesh curtains, it creates a beautiful Eastern atmosphere of misty rain.

Passing through the central water courtyard, we have selected nine beautifully shaped pine trees to create a forest. The 100-meter corridor pavilion, combined with the surrounding space, creates a core shared courtyard that combines beauty and functionality. A pleasant living scene takes place in the courtyard, whether it’s a communication salon, birthday party, or night time stargazing around the stove, providing residents with a quality living space that blends nature and socializing.

从会客厅穿过，来到一片南洋杉林，这里便是北区的儿童空间。以大片南洋杉与小叶紫薇为主场景，营造充满童趣与自然氛围的特色布局。通过树屋 IP 贯穿全区，结合五感设计，实现儿童视觉、听觉、触觉等多维度的布局感官协调，为孩子们提供安全、丰富且有创意的活动场所。再往前行，穿过架空连廊走向南区，公共通道中的人面子与黄花风铃木相互融合形成休闲、自由的轻松氛围。

Passing through the living room, one arrives at a forest of southern fir trees, which is the children’s space in the northern district. Creating a unique layout full of childlike charm and natural atmosphere, with large areas of southern fir and small leaved purple wisteria as the main scenes. Through the use of treehouse IP throughout the entire area, combined with five sense design, multi-dimensional layout and sensory coordination of children’s vision, hearing, touch, etc. are achieved, providing safe, rich and creative activity venues for children. Continuing forward, passing through the elevated corridor towards the southern area, the people’s faces in the public passage blend with the yellow flower wind and Suzuki to create a relaxed and free atmosphere.

根据不同年龄阶段的孩子，分区域设置 0-3 岁的幼童区域与看护区域，3-6 岁的寓教于乐的益智区域，6-12 岁的活动区域。

According to different age groups of children, set up zones for 0-3 year old children and care areas, educational and entertaining puzzle areas for 3-6 year old children, and activity areas for 6-12 year old children.

南区主入口以罗汉松与乌桕为主体，匠心营造“门·堂·厅”三重礼序空间，呈现奢享的尊贵门头。以涌泉水景迎宾，复刻古韵意境，融合现代设计语言，打造“四水归堂”的庭院式归家体验，尽享优雅与格调。沿着入口连廊缓步前行，一片水景庭院映入眼帘，水与植被相互辉映，营造出令人心醉的静谧氛围。

The main entrance of the south area is dominated by Podocarpus grosvenorii and Sapium sebiferum, creating a triple ritual space of “door, hall and hall”, presenting a luxurious and noble doorway. Welcome guests with the gushing spring water scenery, replicate the ancient charm and artistic conception, integrate modern design language, and create a courtyard style home experience of “four waters returning to the hall”, enjoying elegance and style. Walking slowly along the entrance corridor, a water landscape courtyard comes into view, where water and vegetation complement each other, creating an enchanting and tranquil atmosphere.

连廊的设计借鉴古典园林的造园手法，连接建筑，或串联、或拓展，收放转折形成边界功能空间。超百米连廊体系构建游园空间，臻藏自然场景的意境体验。

The design of the connecting corridor draws inspiration from the gardening techniques of classical gardens, linking buildings together, connecting or expanding them, and creating boundary functional spaces through twists and turns. The over 100 meter connected corridor system creates a park space that embodies the artistic conception of natural scenes.

The combination of a hundred meter pavilion, Chinese parasol tree, and phoenix wood creates a richly layered tree lined space, and a thousand square meters of multifunctional shared lawn provides a pleasant activity venue for the community. The multifunctional lawn space has pioneered a new community operation model that integrates nature and interaction, linking future living scenarios and creating more social and leisure experiences for residents.

Combining the abundant flower fields with the southern cedar trees in Linzhong Tea Village, a relaxing and social tea room is created for guests. Whether it’s taking a nap in the pavilion or boiling tea around the stove, it creates a unique Eastern style romantic garden experience, finding tranquility and poetry in a short life.

辗转绵延的花境地形模拟了自然生境，宛如水流冲刷后形成的岛屿，呈现出山峦叠嶂、川流不息的连绵意境。

The undulating floral landscape simulates a natural habitat, resembling islands formed by the erosion of water currents, presenting a continuous artistic conception of mountains and rivers.

无边界式的酒店式度假游泳会所，精选麻楝树木，打造悠闲度假休闲区域。空间内部设置水上分龄乐园、日光浴舱以及吧台小坐等多功能区域，形成活力与休闲的社区共享水上空间。

A borderless hotel style resort swimming club, featuring carefully selected hemp trees to create a leisurely vacation and leisure area. The interior of the space is equipped with multifunctional areas such as a water age amusement park, a sunbathing cabin, and a bar counter, forming a vibrant and leisurely community shared water space.

Whether it’s leisurely strolling, relaxing, or socializing, we provide residents with a rich vacation style experience, creating a relaxed and comfortable living environment.

南区儿童区空间则以蓝花楹为主导场景，围绕自然鲜花元素打造独特主题 IP，浪漫花镜贯穿其中，成为儿童成长过程中恒久的认知伙伴。同样，我们也以全龄段为主要设计特色，分区域打造每个人的儿童活动乐园，既满足孩子们的探索需求，又为家长提供一个安全舒适的环境，让孩子在花香四溢的空间中自由成长。

The children’s area in the southern district is dominated by blue Jacaranda as the main scene, creating a unique themed IP around natural flower elements. Romantic flower mirrors run through it, becoming a lasting cognitive partner for children in their growth process. Similarly, we also take all age groups as the main design feature, creating children’s activity parks for each person in different areas. This not only meets the exploration needs of children, but also provides parents with a safe and comfortable environment, allowing children to grow freely in a space filled with fragrant flowers.

植物是景观中最具生命力的元素。它的形态、色彩、质感都对空间氛围与情绪有着重要的影响，也向居者诉说着时间的故事。

以铁冬青结合花旗木，使春季富有层次的缤纷，为归家带来无限梦幻与遐想；夏季绿意盎然，草木葱茏，打造自然疗愈的氛围。

Plants are the most vibrant elements in the landscape. Its form, color, and texture all have a significant impact on the spatial atmosphere and emotions, and it tells the story of time to the residents. Combining iron holly with rosewood, the colorful layers of spring bring infinite dreams and imagination to home. In summer, the greenery is lush and the plants are lush, creating a natural healing atmosphere.

以乌桕为主题，局部点缀灌木丰富层次，搭配多样花境，打造自然类的植物认知花园，营造幽静舒适的氛围。

Taking Chinese tallow as the theme, the area is embellished with rich layers of shrubs, paired with diverse flower gardens, creating a natural plant cognition garden and creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

北区儿童空间以大片南洋杉与小叶紫薇为主场景，营造充满童趣与自然氛围；南区则以蓝花楹与朴树，打造专属儿童玩乐的景观氛围。

The children’s space in the northern district features large areas of southern fir and small leaved purple wisteria as the main scenes, creating a childlike and natural atmosphere. The southern district creates a unique landscape atmosphere for children’s play with blue Jacaranda and pine trees.

会客厅以南洋杉打造林下的意境休闲空间，古朴静谧的特质，形成宁静深远，浪漫雅致的空间氛围。

The reception room is created with a forest of southern fir trees, creating an artistic and leisurely space under the forest. With its quaint and tranquil characteristics, it creates a peaceful, profound, romantic and elegant spatial atmosphere.

从城市中探寻自然，为疲惫的心灵寻得一片归所，让业主们找到对东方文化的渴望，对感官愉悦的追求，对优雅生活的欣赏。这是我们希望赋予“东莞松湖润府”的独特调性，创造一个融合文化、自然与生活艺术的诗意家园。

Exploring nature from the city, finding a place to return to for weary souls, allowing homeowners to discover their longing for Eastern culture, pursuit of sensory pleasure, and appreciation for elegant living. This is the unique tone we hope to give to ‘Dongguan Songhu Runfu’, creating a poetic home that integrates culture, nature, and art of life.
