Located in the fascinating area of Padua, Villa SM is an architectural marvel created by L-Z Architects. Completed in 2022, this extraordinary residence enchants with its bold combination of light travertine and deep brown stucco. The concept emphasizes elegant lines and fundamental forms, fusing aesthetics with practical use. The façade features a distinctive entrance defined by a sloping travertine panel, creating a memorable initial experience. Going up to the first floor, visitors are welcomed by a large, bright living room. The large glass partitions promote an open atmosphere, effortlessly merging the interior with the exterior.
