在中国工业遗产改造的浪潮中,一个独特的项目悄然崛起。它不仅是一座酒店,更是一次关于记忆、技术与未来的探索。这个项目用这些来自于特殊时期的模块化医疗设施的预制化集装箱讲述了一个关于可持续发展的故事,使它们被回收利用后重新在新的领域大放异彩,展现了建筑设计如何在新时代背景下回应社会议题。
Amidst the wave of industrial heritage renovation in China, a unique project has quietly emerged. It is not just a hotel, but an exploration of memory, technology, and the future. This project uses prefabricated containers which originate from medical modules of a special period to tell a story of sustainable development, giving new life through innovative design and showcasing how architectural design can respond to social issues in the context of a new era.

项目背景与场地特征 Project Background and Site Characteristics
黑岱沟露天煤矿位于内蒙古准格尔煤田中部,是中国北方重要的能源基地之一。在这片广袤的土地上,裸露的煤层见证了中国工业化进程的峥嵘岁月。
场地距离神华准格尔能源有限公司 9.8km,北距呼和浩特市 120km,西距鄂尔多斯市 135km,南距平朔露天煤矿 225km,均有二级公路相通。
大准(大同—准格尔)电气化铁路直通黑岱沟露天煤矿,呼准(呼和浩特—准格尔)铁路正在兴建,四通八达的交通网络为项目的可达性奠定了坚实基础。
The Heidaigou Open-Pit Coal Mine, located in the central part of the Jungar Coalfield in Inner Mongolia, is one of the important energy bases in northern China. On this vast land, exposed coal seams bear witness to the remarkable years of China’s industrialization. The site is 9.8 km from Shenhua Jungar Energy Co., Ltd., 120 km north of Hohhot, 135 km west of Ordos, and 225 km south of the Pingshuo Open-Pit Coal Mine, all connected by secondary roads. The Da-Zhun (Datong-Jungar) electrified railway directly reaches the Heidaigou Open-Pit Coal Mine, and the Hu-Zhun (Hohhot-Jungar) railway is under construction. The extensive transportation network provides a solid foundation for the project’s accessibility.

这片承载着工业记忆的土地正在经历一场深刻的身份转变。随着时代的发展,单一的工业功能已无法满足区域发展的需求。项目场地北临矿区入口,西接矿区,东临景区,南接办公区,处于工业遗产与新兴产业的交界处,这种特殊的区位条件使其成为连接过去与未来的重要节点。
This land, carrying industrial memories, is undergoing a profound transformation. With the development of the times, the single industrial function can no longer meet the needs of regional development. The project site is adjacent to the mine entrance in the north, the mining area in the west, the scenic area in the east, and the office area in the south, situated at the intersection of industrial heritage and emerging industries. This unique location makes it an important node connecting the past and the future.

作为启动区示范段与发展引擎,矿工之家建设项目依托基地的自然与人文优势,以矿区主题为核心,结合农牧、旅游产业,引入关联产业,丰富体验内容,构建新时代的复合式文化产业集群,是游客探索矿区文化、体验工业遗产的窗口。矿工之家建设项目通过精心的建筑设计回应场地的多重属性:既要传承工业文明的硬核气质,又要容纳新时代的文旅功能。
As a demonstration section and development engine of the starting area, the Miner’s Home construction project leverages the natural and cultural advantages of the base. Centered on the mining theme, it integrates agriculture, animal husbandry, and tourism industries, introduces related industries, enriches the experience content, and builds a new era composite cultural industry cluster. It serves as a window for tourists to explore mining culture and experience industrial heritage. The Miner’s Home construction project responds to the multiple attributes of the site through meticulous architectural design: it not only inherits the hardcore spirit of industrial civilization but also accommodates the cultural and tourism functions of the new era.

时代特征与预制化结构 Era Characteristics and Prefabricated Structures
在当今建筑领域,预制化建造正逐渐成为一种重要趋势,本项目最引人注目的特征正是其独特的预制化集装箱体系。酒店主体采用集装箱集成房屋模块搭建,以框架式的箱体为基本预制单元,全部构件在工厂生产。这些预制化集装箱体单元并非简单的工业构件改造,而是源自特殊时期的医疗模块,通过创新设计被赋予了新的生命,这种转化本身就是一个极具启发性的故事。截至目前,它们均已完成了历史使命,为了避免资源浪费,“退役”的预制化箱体需要科学、合理地继续使用。
In today’s architectural field, prefabricated construction is gradually becoming an important trend. The most striking feature of this project is its unique prefabricated container system. The main body of the hotel is built using container-integrated housing modules, with frame-type boxes as the basic prefabricated units, and all components are produced in factories. These prefabricated container units are not simple modifications of industrial components but originate from medical modules of a special period, given new life through innovative design. This transformation itself is an inspiring story. To date, they have completed their historical mission, and to avoid resource waste, the “retired” prefabricated containers need to be scientifically and reasonably reused.

The use of standardized modules significantly shortens the construction cycle, reduces engineering costs, and minimizes construction waste, fully demonstrating architectural design’s active response to contemporary sustainable development issues.

从项目的结构分析图中,我们可以清晰地看到四个主要构件系统:基础钢构件提供了稳固的结构支撑;金属网创造出丰富的表皮肌理;不锈钢管系统确保了设备管线的有序布置;而那个富有诗意的膜结构则为整个建筑注入了灵动的元素。这种复合型结构系统的运用既确保了建筑的整体稳定性,又赋予了外立面丰富的层次感。
From the project’s structural analysis diagram, we can clearly see four main component systems: the basic steel components provide stable structural support, the metal mesh creates a rich surface texture, the stainless steel pipe system ensures the orderly arrangement of equipment pipelines, and the poetic membrane structure injects a dynamic element into the entire building. The use of this composite structural system ensures the overall stability of the building while giving the facade a rich sense of layering.

形如蘑菇般伸展的膜结构造型,是整个项目的点睛之笔。它不仅是视觉焦点,更是对矿区工业符号的诗意转译。如同一朵轻盈的云朵漂浮在坚实的集装箱体量之上,这种刚柔并济的建筑表达,完美诠释了工业遗产改造中传统与创新的辩证关系。高技派解构主义的设计语言与预制化集装箱的工业属性形成了完美的共鸣,裸露的设备管线不再是需要遮掩的缺陷,而是彰显工业美学的重要元素。
The mushroom-like membrane structure is the highlight of the entire project. It is not only a visual focus but also a poetic translation of the mining area’s industrial symbols. Like a light cloud floating above the solid container volume, this architectural expression of strength and softness perfectly interprets the dialectical relationship between tradition and innovation in industrial heritage renovation. The high-tech deconstructivist design language resonates perfectly with the industrial attributes of prefabricated containers. Exposed equipment pipelines are no longer defects to be concealed but important elements highlighting industrial aesthetics.

功能布局与结构分析 Functional Layout and Structural Analysis
建筑形态呈现出“回”字型布局,不仅是对传统院落空间的当代诠释,更是对使用功能的理性思考。中央形成的半私密内院空间,在确保酒店私密性的同时,也为游客创造出了富有活力的户外活动场所。从轴测分析图中可以清晰地看到,建筑通过标准化的预制单元在水平和垂直方向上的灵活组合,创造出丰富多变的空间序列。

The building form presents a “回” shaped layout, which is not only a contemporary interpretation of traditional courtyard spaces but also a rational consideration of usage functions. The central semi-private courtyard space ensures the hotel’s privacy while creating a vibrant outdoor activity area for tourists. 在功能布局方面,项目通过六大标准模块的组合,构建出了一个功能完备的酒店系统。两种高端住宿模块、餐区模块、休闲大堂、住宿区模块和景观构架各司其职,又相互呼应。180 间风格各异的客房,包括标间、单人间、四人间、大床房、loft 户型和大小套房,共可容纳 395 人。每个集装箱单元都经过精心设计,在保持预制化高效优势的同时,通过细节的优化为游客营造出温馨舒适的居住空间。

In terms of functional layout, the project constructs a fully functional hotel system through the combination of six standard modules. Two high-end accommodation modules, a dining area module, a leisure lobby, an accommodation area module, and a landscape framework each play their roles while echoing each other. The 180 rooms of various styles, including standard rooms, single rooms, quadruple rooms, king rooms, loft units, and large and small suites, can accommodate 395 people. Each container unit is meticulously designed, maintaining the efficiency advantages of prefabrication while optimizing details to create a warm and comfortable living space for tourists.
