项目概况

Project Overview

云南省思茅第一小学古城校区位于普洱市的西北部，用地面积约 42248 平方米，建筑面积约 19100 平方米，需要满足 36 个班级的使用需求。项目场地北临普洱大道和茶马古城，南侧紧邻农用地，场地内地势平坦，用地不规则。相较于大城市高密度的校园建筑不同，项目用地相对宽裕，如何在宽裕的用地内高效地组织小学校园的各个功能成为设计的关键。同时，在复杂的外部环境下，如何回应建筑与城市、建筑与自然的关系，也是设计需要直面的课题。

The Gucheng Campus of Simao First Primary School in Yunnan Province is located in the northwest of Pu’er City, with a land area of approximately 42248 square meters and a building area of approximately 19100 square meters. It needs to meet the needs of 36 classes. The project site is located north of Pu’er Avenue and Chama Ancient City, and south of agricultural land. The terrain inside the site is flat and the land use is irregular. Compared to high-density campus buildings in big cities, the project site is relatively spacious. How to efficiently organize the various functions of primary school campuses within the spacious land becomes the key to design. Meanwhile, in the complex external environment, how to respond to the relationship between architecture and the city, architecture and nature, is also a problem that design needs to face directly.

与城市“对话”

Dialogue with the city

相比于钢筋水泥包裹的空间，项目用地自然景观资源丰富，不规则的用地周边环绕着不同的城市及自然景观，在看待“建筑物”的时候带有更多的“挑剔眼光”。因此，设计的建筑形体希望通过曲线去消解强烈的几何体，从而跟周围的自然环境之间产生和谐相融的关系。而在相融的同时也要有对话的关系，设计的放射状建筑布局指向湖，邀水相随；指向山，请山作伴；指向古镇，与古镇相依。使得校园与周围环境自然融合，对话倾诉。

Compared to spaces wrapped in steel and cement, the project site has abundant natural landscape resources, with irregular land surrounded by different cities and natural landscapes. When looking at “buildings”, there is a more discerning eye. Therefore, the designed architectural form aims to dissolve strong geometric shapes through curves, thereby creating a harmonious and integrated relationship with the surrounding natural environment. At the same time of integration, there should also be a dialogue relationship. The radial architectural layout of the design points towards the lake and invites water to accompany it; Point to the mountain and ask for its companionship; Pointing towards the ancient town, interdependent with it. Make the campus blend naturally with the surrounding environment, and engage in dialogue and communication.

趣味“智能环”

Fun “Smart ring”

建筑的各个功能体块被围合成了一个核心“聚能环”，恰似小朋友手牵手快乐嬉戏的场景，这也是设计灵感的来源。一方面，其寓意小朋友们团结友爱，互帮互助，在快乐交流中健康成长；另一方面，其创造了一种学习与玩耍相互有机融合的环境，给校园文化添加更深刻、更温馨、更人性化的内涵。孩子们日常玩耍中诸如奔跑、打闹、争吵、幻想等各类行为，都能够置于这个开放、复合的多义空间里。

The various functional blocks of the building are enclosed into a core “energy gathering ring”, resembling a scene of children holding hands and playing happily, which is also the source of design inspiration. On the one hand, it implies that children are united, friendly, help each other, and grow up healthily in happy communication; On the other hand, it creates an environment where learning and play are organically integrated, adding deeper, warmer, and more humane connotations to campus culture. Children’s daily activities such as running, playing, arguing, and fantasizing can all be placed in this open and complex space with multiple meanings.

森林中的“乐园”

“Paradise”in the forest

建筑形体为回应“手牵手玩耍”的设计中心思想，各个功能体块被围合成了一个核心“聚能环”，与此同时也将地块分割形成多个内凹空间。这些空间在解决实际功能问题的同时又将自然引入进来，形成多个小庭院，增大了建筑与自然的接触面。在这里，阳光，微风，蓝天，鸟语，花香仿佛触手可及，自然流动了进来，空间鲜活了起来，建筑与自然交互渗透，小学成为名副其实的“森林乐园”。

航站楼式的功能布局

The terminal functional layout

功能布局上借鉴放射状航站楼的高效性，中心核心区为公共活动空间，各个“指廊”按照使用需求分设多个功能，包括分班教室、专业教室、合班教室、多功能报告厅和行政办公室，室内篮球馆独立于主体建筑以外，减少干扰。其中分班教室、专业教室和合班教室为南面的五个放射状“指廊”，一方面隔绝道路噪音，利于学生集中精神学习；另一方面与室外活动场地结合，便于学生课余活动。多功能报告厅和行政办公室各占一个放射状“指廊”，结合校园主入口设置，提高教师的服务和管理效率，便于多功能报告厅的对外开放。

In terms of functional layout, we draw inspiration from the efficiency of radial terminal buildings. The central core area is a public activity space, and each “guide corridor” is divided into multiple functions according to usage needs, including separate classrooms, professional classrooms, shared classrooms, multifunctional lecture halls, and administrative offices. The indoor basketball court is independent of the main building to reduce interference. The divided class classroom, specialized classroom, and combined class classroom are five radiating “finger corridors” to the south, which on the one hand isolate road noise and facilitate students’ concentration and learning; on the other hand, it is combined with outdoor activity venues to facilitate students’ extracurricular activities. The multifunctional lecture hall and administrative office each occupy a radial “corridor”, combined with the main entrance of the campus, to improve the service and management efficiency of teachers and facilitate the opening of the multifunctional lecture hall to the outside world.
