引言 Introduction “渔光影院”不仅是一处供人们歇脚的驿站,更是一座承载生活的剧场。无论是匆匆而过的游客,还是在此生活工作的当地人,每个人都化作这座影院中的一抹剪影,演绎着属于海边码头的质朴与真实。我们试图在这个繁杂、混乱的场地上构建一种新旧共生的新秩序,为码头带来新生,为这里的人们带来光亮与温暖。
“Fishermen Light Cinema” is not merely a rest stop for weary travelers, but a theater that encapsulates life itself. Whether fleeting visitors or locals living and working here, everyone becomes a silhouette in this seaside cinema, enacting the simplicity and authenticity of life on the pier. We aim to construct a new order where old and new coexist within this complex and chaotic site, breathing fresh vitality into the dock and bringing light and warmth to its people.

项目背景
Project Background
象山县于 2023 年初发布了“青年与海”象山滨海环岛风景道主题驿站营造计划。“渔光影院”便是七个主题驿站之一。项目位于宁波市象山县的石浦镇渔港南路上的东门码头,设计将原有衰败的码头通道建筑改造为游客驿站,为游客提供候船休憩及零售空间,并保留码头通道功能。我们以“渔光”为引,为码头营造了一处光亮、温暖的休憩驿站,让日常的记忆与新的生机在此并置,呈现一场关于码头生活的永恒戏剧。
In early 2023, Xiangshan County launched the “Youth and the Sea” initiative—a themed rest station development plan along its coastal island scenic highway. “Yuguang Cinema” is one of the seven featured stations. Located at Dongmen Pier on South Yugang Road in Shipu Town, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, China, the project transforms a decaying pier passage structure into a visitor station. It provides waiting areas, rest spaces, and retail services for tourists while retaining its function as a pier passageway. Drawing inspiration from the poetic concept of “fishermen light”, we created a luminous, welcoming sanctuary for the pier. Here, everyday memories intertwine with renewed vitality, staging an eternal drama of pier life.

渔光之城
City of Fishermen Light
石浦镇被称为“渔光之城”。“渔光”是石浦的象征,它既是自古以来渔船上的星点灯火,也是 1934 年蔡楚生导演在石浦拍摄的《渔光曲》中,那个承载渔民悲欢的时代光影。时过境迁,象山正以“新时代渔光曲”为题谱写美好生活乐章,而当下的“石浦”二字也已经成为渔民富足生活的代名词。

Shipu Town is known as the “City of Fishermen Light.” The term “Fishermen Light” is the symbol of Shipu, representing the flickering lights on fishing boats since ancient times, as well as the poignant era of fishermen’s joys and sorrows captured in the 1934 film “Song of the Fishermen,” directed by Chusheng Cai and filmed in Shipu. Over time, Xiangshan is now composing a new chapter of a beautiful life under the theme of Fishermen’s Light in the New Era, and the name “Shipu” has become synonymous with the prosperous life of fishermen today.

码头烟火
Pier Life
东门码头虽然衰败,却也成了一处闲散人们的庇护所,展现出不同于其他码头的烟火气。渔民、船夫、工人们常聚在建筑通道里打牌聊天。电动摩托在通道里停驻又离开。通道成为了码头生活中不可或缺的一部分。设计也希望在改造之后保留住这份独特的烟火气,让生活在这里的记忆得以延续。
Although Dongmen Pier has fallen into disrepair, it has become a shelter for pier people. Fishermen, boatmen, and workers often gather in the building’s passageway to play cards and chat. Electric motorcycles come and go, pausing briefly in the passageway. The passageway has become an indispensable part of life on the pier. The design also wants to preserve this distinctive lively atmosphere even after the renovation, so that the memories of living here can be continued.

改造策略 Renovation Strategy
改造以轻介入的方式保留了原码头通道建筑的主体钢结构。在保留通行功能的基础上,局部增加了二层的游客休憩空间,并在面向渔港码头的一侧延伸出一处观景冥想空间,直面码头。通道北侧增加一部直跑楼梯通向二层,保证了码头通道的宽度。原附属建筑的小卖部保留其功能,进行室内更新。

The renovation, in a light-touch manner, preserves the main steel structure of the original passage building. It retains the passage function while adding a second-floor visitor rest area and extending a viewing and meditation space facing the fishing port dock. A single-flight staircase on the north side of the passage leads to the second floor, ensuring enough width of the passage way. The ancillary building retains its function with an interior renovation.

渔光魅影
Phantoms of Fishermen Light
立面改造以波光粼粼的海面,传统渔灯的鱼鳞及渔网为灵感,创造了一种独属于海边渔村的肌理。立面以 35%,67%透光率和透明的阳光板相组合,成为由下到上逐渐透明,逐渐变密的半透明肌理。不同透明度的阳光板对室内人的活动产生了模糊的效果,使立面宛如一块荧幕,折射出室内人们活动的轨迹。夜幕降临,驿站的灯光亮起,温润的光晕弥散四周。

The facade renovation draws inspiration from the shimmering sea wave, the traditional fishing lanterns, and fishing nets, creating a texture unique to coastal fishing villages. The facade is composed of polycarbonate panels with different light transmittance from 35%, 67% to transparent. From bottom to top, it gradually becomes more transparent and the texture becomes denser, creating a semi-transparent effect. The polycarbonate panels with different level of transparency blur the activities of people inside, making the facade resemble a screen that reflects people’s movement tracks inside. When night falls, the building light up, and the warm glow spreads around.

改造后的屋顶以铝板瓦片覆盖,借助结构自带的弯曲,铝板之间产生了自然的缝隙,如同鱼鳞般微微翘起。从这些缝隙中透出的点点灯光,犹如大海深处的渔火。
The renovated roof is covered with aluminum–plate tiles. Due to the natural curvature of the structure, the gaps between the aluminum plates appear, which slightly tilt up like fish scales. The dots of light shining through these gaps are like the fishing lights in the deep sea.

渔港时空 Space-time of the Pier
建筑的二层是驿站休憩空间,与码头的时空在此交叠、对话。二层空间由靠近渔港路的休憩空间和面向码头的冥想空间组成。休憩空间面向人来车往的渔港路,透过两侧半透明的阳光板,隐约可见周边渔港的繁忙景象。
The second floor serves as a rest space, which intersects with the pier’s space-time. This level is composed of a rest area near the South Yugang Road and a meditation space facing the pier. The rest area, facing the bustling South Yugang Road, offers a glimpse of the busy surrounding fishing ports through the translucent polycarbonate panels on the side.

在伸出屋顶的冥想空间,码头、行船、对岸的东门岛等景象尽收眼底。
From the meditation space that extends beyond the roof, one can take in views of the dock, boats, and Dongmen Island across the sea.

除了游客外,常常有生活在码头的船夫、工人,闲暇时走上二层,在冥想空间驻足、静坐,以一种崭新的视角凝望他们曾经无比熟悉的码头。
In addition to tourists, boatmen and pierworkers who live and work here often come up to the meditation space. They pause and sit quietly, contemplating the pier they once knew so well from a new perspective.

通道-自发的事件场
Passage – A Spontaneous Event Space
通道是陆地与海洋的中转站,也是一处自发的事件场。人们搬来了一堆形形色色的非正式座椅,沿着通道排列。生活在这里的人们习惯了改造前的生活,也以自己的方式适应了改造后的空间,未曾改变的是通道中的烟火气。
The passage serves as a transit point between land and sea, and also as a spontaneous event space. People bring in a variety of seats, arranging them along the passage. The locals, accustomed to the life before the renovation, have adapted to the new space in their own ways, with the lively atmosphere of the passageway remaining unchanged.

在材料方面,两侧的阳光板使通道内的光线均匀散布,使通过的人暂时隔绝渔港的喧嚣。通道的顶部采用了波纹彩钢板和条形圆管灯,使光亮在波浪中蔓延,通向码头。
In terms of materials, the translucent panels on either side evenly diffuse the light within the passage, temporarily shielding people passing through from the hustle of the pier. The ceiling of the passageway uses corrugated steel sheets and strip-shaped round tube lights, letting the light to spread through the waves and lead towards the pier.

材料的对话
Dialogue between materials
在改造中,我们以材质间的对话构建空间中的戏剧性:改造中保留的主体钢结构和屋顶天花,采用了鲜明的红棕色氟碳漆,而新建的二层结构、幕墙支撑和阳光板,则以整体浅灰色和乳白色为基调。两者在冷与暖,沉静与热情的对比中暗示了建筑的新与旧。
In the renovation, we created a sense of drama in the space through the dialogue between different materials: The preserved main steel structure and the roof ceiling are painted with a vivid reddish – brown fluorocarbon paint. In contrast, the newly – built second – floor structure, curtain wall structure, and polycarbonate panels are mainly in light gray and milky white. The contrast between the coolness and warmth, as well as the tranquility and enthusiasm, implies the new and old parts of the building.

波纹彩钢板肌理的规律重复与阳光板肌理的不规则性在建筑中形成了另一种对话,如同潮汐般稳定重复的节律与海浪般灵动跳跃的变化之间的对比。
The regular repetition of the corrugated steel sheet texture and the irregularity of the polycarbonate panel texture create another form of dialogue in the space. It is like the contrast between the stable and repetitive rhythm of the tides and the lively and jumping changes of the ocean waves.

屋面铝板瓦片原本在设计中与屋顶两侧钢结构有清晰的交接,却被施工方以钢板侧向包裹,形成了锯齿状的切面。这个意外的操作反而让屋顶更加生动,侧面看去如同海浪,如同鱼鳍,巧妙地贴合了海洋与渔村。
Originally, in the design, the aluminum – plate tiles on the roof had a clear boundary with the steel structures on both sides of the roof. However, the contractor wrapped them with steel plates on the side, forming a serrated section. This unexpected operation has instead made the roof more lively. When viewed from the side, it resembles ocean waves or fish fins, echoing the theme of the ocean and the fishing village.

后记:接纳与共生 Epilogue: Embrace and Symbiosis
对“渔光影院”来说,改造并不是对旧时光的抹除,而是对场地的接纳与共生。“渔光影院”更像是一个中立的容器,它既要接纳生活在这里的人们的日常习惯,允许他们以自己的方式使用空间;也要吸引游客,带来新的变化。斑驳的码头与新生的建筑在不同使用者的串联中形成了新的互动。
For the “Fishermen Light Cinema,” renovation doesn’t mean erasing the old times but rather embracing the site and achieving symbiosis with it. The “Fishermen Light Cinema” is more like a neutral container. On one hand, it has to accommodate the daily habits of the people living here, allowing them to use the space in their own ways. On the other hand, it needs to attract tourists and bring about new changes. The weathered pier and the renovated building form new interactions through the connection of different users.
