面包工坊丨中国昆明丨或者设计

面团在面包师的手中变幻成各种造型，经由烤箱烘烤后呈现在展台中售卖。我们想象这次的项目是一间专门制作美味面包的“面包工坊”，将客户置身于制造面包的空间中，让客户在精心营造的氛围中感受面包出炉的瞬间和香气四溢的幸福感。

In the hands of bakers, dough transforms into artisanal shapes that emerge from oven baking to be displayed in the showcase. We envisioned this project as a dedicated “Bread Atelier,” immersing customers in the bread-making process while allowing them to experience the magical moment of freshly baked goods and their aromatic allure within a carefully curated ambiance.

整个空间中我们大面积选用了原木和石材这两种带有自然属性的材质，营造温暖与自然的空间氛围，让整体空间与面包制作有更好的融合。

The spatial design extensively employs natural wood and stone materials to cultivate a warm, organic atmosphere that achieves a harmonious blend with the bread-crafting narrative.

当顾客进入空间时，首先被吸引眼球的是一个大型壁炉，我们希望通过这个排烟罩装置的布置加强空间中现烤、现做面包的热气腾腾的氛围感。

Upon entering, visitors are immediately drawn to a large-scale fireplace-like structure – a thoughtfully designed ventilation hood installation that amplifies the steaming vitality of oven-fresh baking, reinforcing the sensory experience of artisanal bread production.
