项目位于武汉光谷，这里汇聚着大量的年轻人，更具活力。YOUNG 团队希望可以帮助品牌形象升级，从同类型餐饮门店中脱颖而出。

The project is located in Wuhan Optics Valley, which is home to a large number of young people and is more vibrant. The YOUNG team hopes to help upgrade the brand image and stand out from the same type of restaurant stores.

与 YOUNG 团队以往餐饮类型项目不同，本项目餐台需求量较大且有餐品需要对外展示以供食客挑选。餐台的合理布局、餐品的统一展示与空间的舒适氛围三者之间的平衡是 YOUNG 团队重点斟酌的内容。

Different from the YOUNG team’s previous catering projects, this project requires a large number of dining tables and a large number of dishes that need to be displayed for diners to choose from. The balance between the reasonable layout of the dining table, the uniform display of food and the comfortable atmosphere of the space is the key consideration of the YOUNG team.

集市——定期聚集进行的商品交易活动形式，是人们与食材进行接触的最普遍、最直接的场所。YOUNG 团队将入口同集市般开敞，将大厅围合成若干用餐区域，像是集市的各档口，彼此相互独立又和谐共存。

进入集市的一个用餐区是由树脂纤维板包裹成一个单独的空间，保证区域内私密感的同时，材料本身的通透性又不会让空间内部过于闭塞。

A dining area at the entrance to the market is wrapped in fiberglass panels to form a separate space, which ensures a sense of privacy in the area while the transparency of the material itself prevents the space from being too closed.

下沉的区域作为整个集市的核心区域，周边通道形成了洄游动线，往来食客众多，如果是同样的将四周围合，整个动线会变得压抑。因此，YOUNG 团队采用植物景观来分隔通道与用餐区域，用树脂纤维板制作的雨棚强调了下沉区域的边界感。

The sunken area is the core area of the entire market, and the surrounding passages form a migratory route with many diners coming and going. If it is surrounded by the same, the entire route will become depressing. Therefore, the YOUNG team used plant landscape to separate the passage and the dining area, and the canopy made of fiberglass boards emphasized the sense of boundary of the sunken area.

集市的尽头是完全开放的场所，此处仅有树立的木制雨棚为往来食客提供庇护。彼此间距离更近，在和谐的空间中分享着各自的体验与收获。

The end of the market is a completely open area with only a wooden awning to provide shelter for diners. The distance between each other is closer, and they share their experiences and gains in a harmonious space.

集市是人们与新鲜最普遍并直接的接触，而田间地头则是新鲜的源头。YOUNG 团队将作物栽培的方式与金属装置相结合，立体化的进行了景观展示，丰富整个室内空间的景观层次。

YOUNG 团队将食材自取区域线性摆放并统一置于通道一侧，另一侧即为食客的餐台。缩短后厨切配——明档摆放——食客自取——上桌食用这一流程之间的距离，以便最快速的体验食材之新鲜。

The YOUNG team arranged the food self-service area linearly and placed it on one side of the aisle, with the other side being the diners’ dining table. Shorten the distance between the processes of cutting in the kitchen – displaying in the open kitchen – diners serving – serving at the table, so as to experience the freshness of the ingredients as quickly as possible.

人们对于食材的保鲜往往会采用低温冷藏的方式，因此在自取区域运用了大量的金属来强化冷藏的感觉，同时与色彩丰富的食材又形成反差，更加强调新鲜食材的主体地位。

People often use low-temperature refrigeration to keep food fresh, so a large amount of metal is used in the self-service area to enhance the feeling of refrigeration, while also forming a contrast with the colorful ingredients, further emphasizing the dominant position of fresh ingredients.
