有时候，翻新一个家并非追求全新的洁净外观，而是唤起一个已经被居住过的空间的温暖与历史——这种转变犹如时间的加速器，揭示了一个焕然一新却充满故事的环境，让每个家都拥有独特的生命力。

Sometimes, when renovating a home, the goal isn’t to achieve a brand-new, pristine look, but rather to evoke the warmth of a space that has already been lived in—a transformation that acts as a time accelerator, revealing an environment that feels renewed yet steeped in the experiences that make every home unique.

This was the vision of @beppegallo and @luluartist, two creatives with whom we shared the idea of translating the playful and whimsical world of their family into their new apartment. Together, we crafted a space that, without too many rules, embraces what they love and what brings them joy.

这座位于Villa Fiorelli区的家，坐落在一个历史悠久的住宅综合体中，这类社会建筑如今已难得一见。

Nestled in the Villa Fiorelli area, this home is part of a historic housing complex—one of those examples of social architecture that simply aren’t built anymore.

户型呈L形，入口位于较长的一侧，窗户沿单一立面排列，延续了典型的走廊布局，房间依次展开。

The floor plan takes on an L-shape, with an entrance along the longer side and windows aligned on a single façade, following the typical corridor layout where rooms unfold in succession.

家的核心是正对入口的客厅区域。中央是一张餐桌，餐厅与厨房围绕其展开，各具特色。这些空间通过大型黄色框架玻璃隔断与走廊相连，打破视线的界限，营造出开放式的空间感。

The heart of the home is the living area, positioned directly opposite the entrance. At its centre sits a dining table, around which the living room and kitchen unfold, each with its own distinct identity. These spaces, in turn, visually connect to the corridor through large yellow-framed glass partitions that multiply perspectives and sightlines, giving the sensation of a true open-plan space.

在这个中心区域的左侧，走廊延伸，三扇糖纸蓝色的拱形门点缀其中，通向两个浴室和第一间卧室。对面，则通过一扇全高旋转门与另外两间卧室分隔开。

To the left of this central area, the corridor extends, punctuated by three arched doors lacquered in a delicate sugar-paper blue, leading to two bathrooms and the first bedroom. On the opposite side, separated by a full-height pivot door, are two additional bedrooms.

复古与工业风格的结合创造了一种独特的美学，古董与定制家具相得益彰，空间装饰中的艺术干预更为空间增添了个性——几何框架与光学图案划分门槛、装饰墙面，艺术与建筑在这里交相辉映。

An eclectic and layered aesthetic ties together vintage elements with industrial-inspired additions, antique pieces, and bespoke furnishings. This is further enriched by the owner’s artistic interventions—geometric frames and optical patterns that mark thresholds and decorate the walls, creating a dialogue between art and architecture.

地面由天然落叶松板构成，而墙面则保留未经打磨的质朴感，采用了生石灰基的IG21饰面。这种“未完成”的效果与家中丰富而充满活力的氛围相得益彰。

The flooring is composed of natural larch planks, while the walls, intentionally left unpolished, feature a raw-textured lime-based IG21 finish. This “unfinished” effect harmonises beautifully with the home’s rich and stimulating universe.

最终，这个空间既温馨又充满惊喜，完美融合了不同个性的喜悦。在这里，每个人都能感受到家的温暖、找到灵感，最重要的是，体验到生活的快乐与幸福。

The result is an inviting yet surprising space—a joyful synthesis of the diverse personalities that will inhabit it. A place where one immediately feels at home, finds inspiration, and above all, experiences happiness.
