大位村党群服务中心丨中国焦作丨陈雅安

大位村党群服务中心位于河南修武县郇封镇大位村，是大位村改建后的新党群服务中心。大位村党群服务中心承担村内集会文娱活动、教育培训、图书室、娱乐室、党建宣传等公共功能。在村一级的单位中，党群服务中心其实承担了村镇活动中心的核心功能，集活动、教育、培训、会务、文娱、集会、办公等功能于一体的公共活动空间。同时也经常包含政务办公、政府办公室等混合功能。基于以往政府工作的严肃性，党建中心通常会设计得比较严肃，气质以训诫、教导为主，对普通群众有一定的隔阂性，会让人感到气氛肃穆、气质严谨。而现在党群活动中心的功能逐渐日常化、民间化、普适化，如果还沿袭以前的严肃设计，会对党群活动中心融入日常生活这一发展理念起到阻碍作用。

因此我们在大位村的党群服务中心设计中，尽量放大视觉设计在空间中的占比，以大幅壁画、平面设计、环境图形作为传播党群建设内容的抽象语言基础，以更温和有趣的方式传递正能量，使党群服务中心的气质普适化、日常化。在此基础上使党群服务中心既保持了应有的端庄气质，又满足了社区生活的日常性。团队成员：创意总监：张烁设计师：陈雅安插画：鲁丹阳规模：300平方米地点：河南省修武县郇封镇大位村周期：2019.4 - 2019.7建筑及室内设计：李逸空间摄影：张超

The Party and Mass Service Center of Dawei village is located in Dawei village, Xunfeng town, Xiuwu County, Henan Province. It’s the new service center after the village’s reconstruction, undertaking public functions such as village meetings, cultural and entertainment activities, educational training, library, entertainment room, party building publicity and so on.

Of all the first class village units, the Party and Mass Service Center actually undertakes the core functions of the village activity center and plays the character of the all-in-one public activity space for activity, education, training, meeting, culture and entertainment and business. Meanwhile, it also often includes the mixed function of government affairs and government office. And based on the seriousness of the government work before, the design of the party construction center usually tend to be more serious-looking, and its temperament is mainly the type of admonishment and guidance which creates a sense of estrangement for the masses and a sense of strictness and rigorousness for the general. But now with the functions of the activity center for the party members and the masses gradually getting more of routinization, popularization and universalization, if we continue with the serious-looking design like before, then it will create barriers for the development idea of activity center for party members and the masses fitting into daily life.Therefore, in our design for the Party and Mass Service Center of Qinchang Village, efforts were made to raise the space proportion of the visual design by taking the large size wall painting, graphic design and environment graphics as the abstract language foundation for spreading the party-masses relationship construction. Passing these positive energy in a way of more mildness and fun, brings more universalization and routinization to the temperament of the Party and Mass Service Center.
