拾集建筑作为西岸梦中心公区室内的主持设计，对项目定位、经营理念有较为深入的认知，随着梦中心开业，我们也受邀将办公室搬迁至此，办公室的设计是基于整体项目调性的考量，我们希望它是一个开放友好，松弛自由的空间。

As the lead designer for the interior of the public areas of Gate M, XU Studio has a deep understanding of the project’s positioning and operational philosophy. With the opening of Gate M, we were invited to relocate our office here. The design of our office is based on the overall project’s tone, aiming to create an open, friendly, relaxed, and free space.

建筑x咖啡

Architecture x Coffee

拾集多年来专注于商业空间设计，在观察与实践中，我们注意到商业与公共区域的界限逐渐模糊，人们对工作环境的期待也不再局限于功能性，更追求舒适性与灵活性，此次我们尝试打破传统办公空间的固有模式，探索一种更人性化、更具活力的空间设计。基于此，我们将茶水休憩功能结合对外营业的咖啡区，将咖啡店的轻松氛围及社交属性融入办公空间，打造一个灵活、充满生机的办公环境，探索一种新的空间模式。

Over the years, XU Studio has focused on commercial space design. Through observation and practice, we’ve noticed the boundaries between commercial and public areas becoming increasingly blurred. People’s expectations for workspaces have also evolved beyond mere functionality, emphasizing comfort and flexibility. This time, we aimed to break away from traditional office layouts, exploring a more human-centric and dynamic design approach. To achieve this, we integrated a tea and rest area with a publicly accessible coffee zone, blending the relaxed atmosphere and social attributes of a café into the office environment. The result is a flexible, vibrant workspace that experiments with a new spatial model.

三楼的“小房子”

The “Little House” on the Third Floor

在出口处，我们设计了一处半高的墙面，既保证内部茶水区落座时的私密性，又不会完全阻隔视线，维持了空间的开阔感。挑高的空间、轻盈的顶顶，与圆柱结构相结合，营造出开阔通透的视觉效果，同时又不失空间的层次感。

At the elevator exit, we designed a semi-enclosed wall to ensure privacy for the tea area while maintaining visual openness. The high ceiling, paired with a lightweight sloped roof and cylindrical structures, creates an open and airy visual effect without sacrificing spatial hierarchy.

吊顶采用了穿孔金属波浪板。波浪的造型柔化了空间线条，穿孔的设计让光线能自由穿透，形成独特的光影效果，为空间增添一份轻松与灵动。

The ceiling features perforated metal wave panels. The wave design softens the rigidness of the architecture, while the perforations allow light to filter through, creating unique lighting effects and adding a sense of ease and fluidity to the environment.

办公空间：空间实用性的最大化

Office Space: Maximizing Practicality

对于设计公司，除了工位，最重要的就属材料展示及收纳，为了快速找到所需材料，我们设计了分类清晰、承重能力强的材料展示架，并采用层板、抽屉等多种收纳方式，方便取用和整理。

For a design firm, aside from workstations, material display and storage are crucial. To facilitate quick access to materials, we designed a sturdy, well-organized display shelf system with shelfs and drawers for easy retrieval and organization.

办公桌以中性的绿色作为空间亮点，既符合整体风格，又能缓解视觉疲劳。在工位及会议桌上方我们延续了前场斜顶的波浪板元素，简单地加上日光灯管，满足了基础照明的需求，也限定了重点空间。

The desks feature a neutral green tone as a spatial highlight, aligning with the overall style while reducing visual fatigue. Above the workstations and meeting tables, we extended the wave panel element from the front area, simply paired with fluorescent tubes to meet basic lighting needs and define key spaces.

主墙面使用了毛毡板，以有效降低噪音，营造安静舒适的办公环境，会议室墙面则使用了可擦写瓷性漆，方便进行头脑风暴和创意讨论，会议室本身则用软性的拉帘作为隔断，非使用时间可以完全打开，保证空间的通透性和灵活性。

The main wall felt felt panels to effectively reduce noise and create a quiet, comfortable working environment. The room room walls are coated with writable ceramic paint, ideal for brainstorming and creative discussions. The room room itself is partitioned with soft curtains, which can be fully opened during non-use to maintain spatial transparency and flexibility.

标识及平面：轻松+有趣

Signage and Graphics: Relaxed + Playful

延续空间设计松弛的手法，标识方面我们以玻璃贴、3D打印等低成本的方式，既解决了商业氛围的露出，也增添了空间的趣味性。

Continuing the relaxed design language of the space, we used cost-effective methods like glass decals and 3D printing for signage, addressing commercial exposure while adding a playful touch to the space.

咖啡介绍卡、菜单等平面物料均由我们设计，以建筑大师系列为主题，每一款咖啡都拥有独特的logo，将建筑文化与咖啡巧妙结合，为空间增添了一份艺术气息。

Coffee introduction cards, menus, and other graphic materials were also designed by us. Featuring a “Master Architects” theme, each coffee has its own unique logo, blending architectural culture with coffee culture and adding an artistic flair to the space.

空间创造故事

Space Creates Stories

此次不止是自用办公室的设计，更是拾集对办公空间设计的一次全新探索。我们相信，一个好的办公空间不仅仅是工作的场所，更应该是激发灵感、促进交流、放松身心的空间。在咖啡店前场，我们设置了定制的移动家具，绿意盎然的植物与舒适的坐具相结合，为员工和访客提供了一个放松身心的场所，同时也提升了公区的商业氛围，希望这里能成为故事的发生地，承载每一份有趣的相遇。

This project is not just the design of our own office but also a new exploration of workspace design by XU Studio. We believe a good office space is not just a place for work but also a space that inspires creativity, fosters communication, and promotes relaxation. In the café’s front area, we installed custom mobile furniture. Lush greenery paired with comfortable seating provides a relaxing space for employees and visitors alike, while enhancing the commercial atmosphere of the public area. We hope this space becomes a stage for stories, hosting every interesting encounter.
