本项目由贝莱斯-马拉加市政府委托起草，并由欧洲区域发展基金共同资助。其主要目标是恢复城堡——堡垒（Alcazaba-Fortaleza）周边的一片退化绿地。由于该场地地形独特，成为观察城市全貌及其与周边环境关系的理想地点。

This project has been drafted on behalf of the Vélez-Málaga City Council and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The objective of the intervention is to recover a degraded green area located in the surroundings of the Alcazaba-Fortress, which, thanks to its orographic features, is an ideal spot to observe the city and its relationship with the surrounding territory.

本次绿地恢复与雨水循环再利用紧密相关。目前，降雨时雨水沿场地边缘街道流失。项目设计引导雨水进入位于观景台下方的蓄水池，以便在干旱时期用于坡地绿化灌溉。项目场地位于贝莱斯-马拉加市的至高点，坐落在La Villa 街区的核心，隶属于BIC（文化遗产资产）历史中心的范畴，同时属于UE-Pepri 1 “La Fortaleza”执行单元，并受B级考古保护。该区域具有极高的历史与艺术价值，但与许多历史城区一样，正面临社会问题与人口流失，因此迫切需要通过本项目推动振兴。

The recovery of the green area is linked to the recirculation of rainwater, which currently descends along the street bordering the site and runs off during rainfall. The project redirects this rainwater to a reservoir located beneath one of the viewpoints, to irrigate the sloped garden during drier periods. The project site is located at the highest point of the city, in the heart of the La Villa neighborhood, within the scope of the BIC (Asset of Cultural Interest) Historical Center of Vélez-Málaga, in the execution unit UE-Pepri 1 “La Fortaleza,” and with archaeological protection Type B. It is an area with significant historical-artistic value, but like many historic centers, it faces social issues and depopulation, making revitalization necessary.

主要设计目标：

The objectives of the project are:

提升 Palafrenero 街与 Fortaleza 街的连接性，在两者之间修建新楼梯（Palafrenero 楼梯），确保安全性并与周边环境融合。

Improvement of the connection between Palafrenero Street and Fortaleza Street, by creating a staircase between them, ensuring safety and integration into the environment (Palafrenero Stairway).

在 Fortaleza 街修建新的人行道，范围从前述楼梯延伸至地块尽头，以明确干预区域，并为拟建的小广场提供通道，使其成为坡地现有绿地的前庭空间。

New sidewalks on Fortaleza Street, from the previously described staircase to the end of the plot, delimiting the intervention area and providing access to the proposed small square as the forecourt of the existing green area on the slope.

对地块内的平坦区域进行铺装，作为前述人行道的延续，打造一个小广场（Placeta de la Fortaleza），不仅作为通往拟建观景点的入口，同时设有座椅区域，为市民提供休憩空间。

整个新建城市化区域的铺装材料选用了本地生产的手工烧制粘土砖，来自贝莱斯-马拉加的传统砖窑。这些砖采用摩尔式窑炉，以生物质燃料（如杏仁壳或本地种植的牛油果木）燃烧烧制，延续了一项几近消失的手工艺产业。这一选择不仅具有可持续性，还支持了本地工艺和经济，使这一传统行业得以传承发展。

For the paving of the entire new urbanized area, a material produced locally in the city is used: the fired clay from Vélez-Málaga’s tile factories. This is a handmade material, fired in Moorish-style kilns heated by biomass (almond shells or avocado wood from local plantations). It is a highly artisanal local industry that was nearly lost.
