This rental housing project is a great example of how seamless communication among all participants leads to outstanding results.

A designer creates the concept, but its implementation is a complex process where every detail matters.

We take on the part of the work that usually goes unnoticed: coordinating drawings, selecting materials, calculating joints, approving the placement of equipment, and handling countless other details. It’s about making dozens of decisions daily to ensure everything looks and functions as intended.

What makes this project special is that it includes not just one apartment, but three. Two of them are identical, while the third is a mirror image. This added even more responsibility—the processes had to be precise to ensure each space looked perfect.

We delivered all the key interior elements, from furniture to decorative panels, joining the project in its final construction phase.

Thanks to well-coordinated teamwork, each apartment was completed in 3–4 weeks.

Since this is rental housing, we considered aesthetics, material durability, ease of maintenance, and efficiency in execution.

This is not just about design—it’s about responsibility and high-quality work that remains unseen yet makes all the difference.
