新成屋两房设计

這次設計案的緣起來自於屋主的邀請，他們已支付過另ㄧ位設計師設計費用，接著找我進行施工報價。然而，在詳細檢視原設計圖面後，遺憾地發現圖面存在不少問題，從比例到施工圖都對不上，3D效果也無法符合實際需求。經過與屋主深入討論，我們針對不宜之處逐一檢討，並重新規劃整體設計方向。最終，屋主決定捨棄原設計，重新開始設計重新規劃的設計重點—開放式廚房的油煙機位置調整原中島設計過於靠近沙發，抽油煙機放置在中島並不合適。建議將抽油煙機移至陽台旁，這樣油煙管路更短，吸力效果更好，同時減少小空間中的壓迫感。—玄關儲藏室的增設在新規劃中，增加了玄關儲藏室的設計，進一步提升整體收納功能，讓空間運用更加便利。—圓弧元素的實務運用屋主特別喜歡圓弧造型，而原設計的細節處理與預算規劃並不理想。為此，運用立面上的圓弧元素來營造流線空間，既保留設計感，也避免增加施工工法或額外成本。—餐桌布置與活動彈性餐桌的設計考量到日常使用的活動彈性，因此桌椅佈置採不固定形式，讓使用和收納更加便捷。—電視設備櫃的調整由於客廳面寬有限，重新調整了電視設備櫃的造型設計，使整體空間感更加開闊舒適。—主臥室廁所更改為拉門為了更靈活地使用空間，將主臥室的廁所改為拉門，並規劃出主臥床旁可放置嬰兒床與化妝桌的空間。

The Origin of This Design Project

This project began with an invitation from the homeowners. They had already paid another designer for the design and then approached me for a construction quotation. However, upon carefully reviewing the original design drawings, I regrettably found numerous issues, from mismatched proportions to inaccurate construction drawings, and even the 3D renderings did not align with actual requirements.

After in-depth discussions with the homeowners, we examined each problematic aspect and redefined the overall design direction. Ultimately, the homeowners decided to abandon the original design and start over.

Key Design Revisions

— Adjustment of the Range Hood Position in the Open KitchenThe original island was too close to the sofa, making it unsuitable to place the range hood on the island. I suggested relocating the range hood near the balcony, which shortens the exhaust duct, enhances suction efficiency, and reduces the sense of confinement in the limited space.

— Addition of an Entryway Storage RoomIn the revised plan, a storage room was added to the entryway, significantly improving the overall storage capacity and enhancing spatial functionality.

— Practical Application of Curved ElementsThe homeowners have a particular fondness for curved designs. However, the original plan did not adequately address the details or budget. To accommodate their preference, I incorporated curved elements into the vertical surfaces, creating a streamlined spatial flow while maintaining a strong design aesthetic without increasing construction complexity or additional costs.

— Flexible Dining Table ArrangementThe dining table was designed with flexibility in mind to adapt to daily usage. Instead of a fixed layout, the seating arrangement allows for easy adjustments, enhancing convenience in both use and storage.

— Adjustment of the TV Console DesignGiven the limited width of the living room, I redesigned the TV console to optimize spatial layout, creating a more open and comfortable atmosphere.

— Replacing the Master Bathroom Door with a Sliding DoorTo maximize space utilization, the master bathroom door was changed to a sliding door. This modification also allowed for additional space beside the master bed, accommodating a crib and a vanity table.
