场地分析

Site Analyse

中庭是整个住宅空间的核心，观赏视角来自不同方位及高度，因而景观需从立体、多面、多重角度出发。建筑线条简约，黑色木材及水洗石带来沉稳气质，庭院设计调性期望在对比中寻求对话与统一。

The courtyard serves as the core of this residential space. With viewing perspectives emerging from multiple directions and elevations. Landscape design should adopt three-dimensional, multi-faceted, and multi-perspective approaches. The architecture features clean-lined forms, charred timber and washed concret facet evoke an understated elegance. The garden design employs contrasting elements to create a harmonious sense of serenity while offering a dynamic and engaging experience.

步入门廊，借由建筑开窗与出檐，纳庭院入画，如山水立轴迎面铺展。

Stepping into the foyer, the French window frames a composition, unveiling the courtyard garden as a vertical landscape that gracefully unfolds before the viewer’s eyes.

建筑规划大小不同的平台，引导分享与独酌的景观打开方式，以不同深浅的姿态感受全景的丰满叠翠，或近探幽静隐约的石下流泉、草木清新。

Terraces of varying scales suggest both shared and secluded moments of contemplation within the garden. Unfolding across multiple elevations and viewpoints, the garden invites intimate exploration—from the murmuring springs beneath weathered stones to the fresh vitality of verdant undergrowth.

回环水渠

Circular Water Feature

地形做阶梯状抬高处理，满足乔木种植覆土需要。水景呈现镜面水景、动态流水两种形态。

Ground slopes ensure adequate soil depth for tree growth.Water feature takes shape as both still surfaces and dynamic currents.

泉眼由庭院中心涌现，弧面整石面层由光面过渡自然面，引导水流落下，潺潺水声反衬庭院幽静。

A natural spring gushes from the heart of the courtyard, flowing through a sculpted stone whose surface transitions from polished to natural textures. Guiding a gentle waterfall, its murmuring cadence enhances the serenity of the space.

由高到低不断回旋流淌的石水渠，在小空间中拉长流域，不时映出天光树影，一条条高低河渠，穿过野趣林地杂木、山野花，随机与规律，动与静交错。

Stone channels wind downward in spirals, visually extending the waterway in such compact space while reflecting glimpses of sky and foliage. Multi-level stream runs through natrual plantings in random composition and various layers

平卧的沉木，作为脚踏的同时，在消解中孕育新的生命。

Recumbent driftwood serves as stepping elements, Where gradual decomposition fosters ecological regeneration.

中庭有限的光照条件决定山林基调，植物高低错落的编排，赋予空间观赏层次。

The courtyard’s restricted light conditions determine the woodland theme, with tiered plant arrangements creating layered visual interest.

开花乔木与杂木作为空间骨架四季不同，初春玉兰含苞，冬季枝条覆雪。

Seasonal bloomings and woodland shrubs create living architecture, from magnolia blossoms in spring to snow-dusted evergreen canopies in winter.

仲秋预埋种球，来年破土而出，灌木伴随花朵或满枝的果实，宿根草本萌芽、绽放，爬藤植物肆意蔓延，植物生命的流转使庭院氛围在四季中不断变化，感受时光流转、感官沉浸。

Bulbs planted in mid-autumn bring the earliest joys the following year, while shrubs offer blossoms and fruits. Perennials sprout and fade; vines climb and spread. This perpetual botanical design creates an immersive experience that reflects the passage of time.

登上二楼，开花乔木枝芽茂盛，将高墙随机分割。临窗而坐，视线在树梢之间穿梭过滤，朦胧柔和，消隐了尺度与距离，偶然低头，透过树影，水渠的回旋全貌得以显现，正是静水深流，生生不息。

Ascending to the second floor, flowering trees with lush branches randomly segment the high walls. Seated by the window, the gaze threads through overlapping canopies, filtered into a soft haze that blurs spatial boundaries. A downward glance reveals the water channel’s full spiral pattern through dappled foliage—still waters run deep, yet flow ceaselessly.
