The project is located in Oudong, northwest of Phnom Penh. The design is inspired by a tropical concept that combines Khmer tradition with modern style. The building was split into two buildings to create views and allow ventilation to cross, the buildings were connected to each other by a bridge for communicating and engaging with the tree landmark and reflecting the ancient Khmer house had multiple buildings on the same floor terrace surrounding trees.
