A05 Office - Modern Blend Between Luxury & Simplicity

1. Project Overview

A 45 sqm HQ office designed to balance modern minimalism with wabi-sabi aesthetics. The client wanted a semi-division of the space while maintaining openness, opting for a steel sculpture partition as a focal element.

2. Design Concept

Partition: A custom steel sculpture, 10 cm deep, 120 cm long, and full room height, allowing spatial continuity.

Style: A fusion of modern + wabi-sabi, emphasizing cozy elegance and simplicity.Materials & Colors:    - Off-white plaster-finished walls    - Black marble desk counter for a touch of luxury    - Warm natural wood for coziness

3. Lighting & Space

The rectangular layout maximizes functionality.A large bay window floods the space with natural light, enhancing textures and materials.
