木构温馨小屋 | Hugge cottage in Kozin

«Єбошимшалєстайл» Невеличкий дерев'яний, але дуже хюґний, будинок з банею та історією. З балкона відкривається чудовий краєвид, тому скляна огорожа дозволяє сидіти в кріслі на балконі та милуватись пейзажем. Балконні скляні двері знаходяться навпроти дверей із спальні, тож кожного разу, виходячі зі спальні на очі потрапляє красива далечінь. Балкон, доречі, став одним із найулюбленіших місць у будинку для хазяїна та гостей і там проводиться дуже багато часу. 

"Jeboshimshaletstyle". A small wooden very hygges house with bath and its own story. The glass fence of the balcony invites you to sit and enjoy the magnificent view outside. The glass balcony doors are placed just in front of the ones in a bedroom, so every time leaving the bedroom, you see a beautiful scenery. By the way, the balcony became one of the most popular place in a house for the Owner and his guests where they spend a lot of free time. 

Будинок почався як добудова пічки та кімнати відпочинку довколо старої бані. Потім кімната оброста тамбуром та навісом, в наслідок чого під дахом з'явився простір для другого поверху з 2-ма кімнатами. І замовник прийняв рішення звернутись до архітектора. Основними змінами які відстоював проект, була добудова сходової клітини з максимально зручними сходами та балкону, з якого відкривається красивий краєвид. Нижче будинок до знайомства з архітектором і після прощання з будівельниками.

The house began to grow from an old furnace and the rest room which surrounded the sauna. Then a vestibule and a canopy have appeared in the result of which under the roof there appeared an additional space for the second floor with two rooms. After that the Owner decided to invite an Architect. The main changes to implement were the construction of a comfortable staircase and a balcony with breathtaking view.Below you can see the house before the acquaintance with the Architect and after the all changes were successfully completed.

Living room interior with furnace. On the right hand, there is a humidor made of an old Soviet fridge.

Цегляна стіна — це стіна старої бані довколо якої збудовано новий будинок. Її аутентичність збережено та підкреслено підсвіткою. На сусідній стіні, контрастує з історичною конструкцією, сучасна картина Асі Кучеревської.

A brick wall is the one’s of the old sauna around of which the house was built. We’ve kept its authenticity and framed it with backlight. The adjacent wall is decorated with painting by Asia Kucherevska. This makes a noticeable contrast with the historical structure.

Вічна класика — віденьські стільці додають шарму маленькій їдальні.

The Viennese chairs as a symbol of eternal classics make a small dining room charming and cozy.

Кухонні світильники із мотоциклетних фар розташовані таким чином, щоб без тіней від рук та людини, що готує, освітлювати робочу поверхню кухні. 

Kitchen lighting is represented by motorcycle headlights which are the bizarre accent in so habitual premise as the kitchen.

Зварні металеві сходи із 22-го швеллеру дуже добре вписались в будинок з дерев'яного брусу. Велике вікно дає дуже гарне денне освітлення сходів. 

Those welded metal staircase nicely complements the house. Bright daylight passes through the large window perfectly illuminating the staircase.

А маленьке прожовжує погляд за стіни будинку, в сад, кожно разу коли хтось спускається сходами. 

A small window elongates your sight far outside the house walls right into the garden, every time you’re going down the stairs.

Димар історичного каміну на другому поверсі оздоблено уламками старовинної кераміки. 

The chimney of authentic furnace on the second floor is decorated with the pieces of an ancient ceramics.

Люстра  на 2-гоіу поверсі із старого мисливсього трофеєю власника. Іноді для інтер'эрних рішень добре використовувати старі речі замовника, розкриваючи їх з нової сторони.

The chandelier on the second floor is an old trophy of the Owner. We believe that it’s a quite interesting practice placing old stuff of the Owner in a brand-new interior.

Вуличне освітлення влаштовано старими залізничними ліхтарями. 

Street lighting around the house is arranged via old railway lanterns.

Трохи Хюґе

A little bit of Hygge.

Одна із приємних особливостей цього будинку в тому, що це — спільна робота архітектора та замовника, коли архітектор просто створює зручну оболонку яку замовник наповнює життям та кайфовими дрібницями.

One of the nicest peculiarities of the house lies in a tight collaboration between the Architect and the Owner. Here the Architect had created a comfortable space to live in and the Owner imbued it with life and soulful little things.

Staircase cross-section shows that the left ramp of the roof was cautiously lifted to provide the free passage on upper stairway.
