The Home Design Center will be a new commercial complex dedicated to the home interior design and designer furniture in Venezuela.Participation: Architectural design and 3d visualization.The Project: It's a new concept design for a commercial complex dedicated to the home interior design and designer furniture, located at the south region of Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela. It'll be 8 commercial units, each one contains 3 commercial places. The main idea was to create a very attractive façades, so it can be easily differentiated from each other based in pure volumes with modern and very simples and defined lines which describes the main access for each commercial place, the loading zones will have a modernist look and will stand out for their monumentality. So, adding a nice combination of materials and colours wil make it so attractive and elegant to the viewer, that everybody will want to visit and have a great time inside this complex. It'll be another LEED certificated building in Venezuela.
