The main purpose of the reconstruction is to restore the walls of the former fortress of XIX century and create a unique "anchor" facility for Kyiv. Reconstruction includes casemate walls restoration and using of buildings under for the gallery of contemporary art. It is also proposed to create a new unique object with an incredible panorama. The purpose of which is multifunctional cultural space.
