Since Alexandria is a place of a lot of initiative ideas. The idea behind this project is to give the chance for the city to develop through giving the chance for more start-ups to flourish.The project is aimed to adopt new start-ups in Alexandria, giving them the necessary means of development and to support them to achieve their business missions in a professional atmosphere designed solely for their improvements. Useful rooms are installed within the design like, conference halls, an auditorium, a multipurpose plaza that can be used as a perfect area for outdoor exhibitions, classes, a comfortable open work station, a library, lounges and restaurant are especially designed to serve the project.

THE BUILDING ACTS AS A SOCIO-ECONOMIC HUB THAT INTEGRATES THE SURROUNDING SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC LIFE.

The design’s intention is to have an iconic building which can be a venue for multipurpose functions and events.  The building is to represent an iconic architectural vision of a unique facility for ALEXANDRIA, a LARGE SPACE for Exhibitions and Conferences on the southwestern edge of AL NOZHA Airport. The project comprises a major international exhibition and conference CENTER with AN OFFICE BUILDING. This will create a rich ensemble of diverse functions which caters for multiple audiences and activates the site across different times and days of the week.
