Indeed, KITH is betting big on the Land of the Rising Sun. Following the arrival of a flagship store in Tokyo almost five years ago, the first overseas outpost of the New York City-based brand, a large flagship store officially opens its doors today in Osaka. KITH has secured a ground floor unit encased in large floor-to-ceiling windows at Umekita Green Place, a newly opened three-level shopping centre just north of Osaka Station, and features an interior design by the retailer’s in-house design team that’s marked by mountain white danby stone floors, Venetian plaster walls, rosewood ceilings, and fixtures and furnishings also captured by a variety of stone. The new KITH retail space stocks KITH‘s in-house collection and collaboration items, as well as apparel, accessories, and footwear for men, women, and kids. In celebration of the opening, a capsule collection exclusive to the store and collaboration items with brands such as New Era and New Balance will be on offer. Obviously, KITH Treats can be found here too, in a separate unit to be precise, offering the full regular menu, but also a special menu called The Naniwa, inspired by Osaka‘s specialty mixed juices. © superfuture
