Chapter One

肆意茶聊，客户老海是个很温柔的男人，和我印象中的内蒙汉子的形象截然不同，但是骨子里不服输的性格依然证明着他是成吉思汗的后代。很多年前他有个店抄袭我们工作室的作品，他说找我们合作需要很大勇气。第一次见面的时候聊了很多他对茶的感受与理解，我们可以感受到他的真诚和理想。在咖啡续命文化占据着我们日常的环境下，他希望通过我们的茶文化来改变当下年轻人的生活方式。

Casually chatting over tea, the client Lao Hai is an exceptionally gentle man, quite different from my stereotypical impression of Inner Mongolian men. Yet his indomitable spirit still proves him a descendant of Genghis Khan. Years ago, his shop had plagiarized designs from our studio – he said collaborating with us required tremendous courage. During our first meeting, he shared extensive insights about his understanding and feelings towards tea, through which we sensed his heartfelt sincerity and idealism. In an era dominated by coffee-fueled hustle culture, he aspires to transform contemporary young people’s lifestyles through our traditional tea culture.

第二章

Chapter Two

因竹而生，第一次到达现场时候是去年秋天的一个晚上，我们从狭小后门进入。院子里肆意生长着生命旺盛的竹子，将原本院子里的建筑裹挟着，感受不到周围杂乱的生活气息，像是生活的结界，似乎只有月光可以杀入，这一刻我们感受到空间里的阴翳之美。

Born of Bamboo，our first encounter with the site occurred on an autumn evening last year. Entering through a narrow back door, we found ourselves in a courtyard engulfed by wildly overgrown bamboo. These vigorous stalks swallowed the original architecture whole, dissolving all traces of mundane urban chaos. Like a sacred boundary insulating life’s clamor, the space seemed impervious to intrusion – save for moonlight, which pierced through like liquid silver. In that moment, we apprehended the subtle beauty of dimness inherent to the space.

第三章

Chapter Three

内外之间，项目所在地的龙兴路，是一条通过时间不断生长起来各种各样的小店同时与社区居民融合一体的街道，属于野生非标商业综合体。我们在做空间规划时候希望可以把市井街头与静谧东方的这俩种状态体验融合在一起。我们以传统建筑亭的概念来表达建筑的形式，通过俩个独立的建筑体不同方位的组合，形成向外辐射，向内聚拢，构建外庭内院的空间感受。建筑是自然的一部分，内外之间正是这种载体的归属。

The Interstice of Spaces，Longxing Road, where the project resides, is an organic non-standard commercial complex – a street where diverse shops have organically sprouted over time, seamlessly intertwined with the surrounding residential community. In our spatial planning, we sought to synthesize two contrasting experiences: the vibrant pulse of urban street life and the meditative calm of Eastern aesthetics. Drawing inspiration from the traditional architectural concept of *Ting* (pavilion), we configured two independent structures through angular compositions. These forms radiate outward to engage the cityscape while curving inward to embrace a courtyard sanctuary, crafting a spatial narrative of expansion and introspection. Architecture becomes an extension of nature, and the liminal space between interior and exterior reveals its true belonging.
