"Pušų terasos" is a new block of houses in the prestigious Antakalnis district of Vilnius, rising in the shade of swaying pines. The exceptional "Pušų terasos" environment project was entrusted to a team of landscape professionals brought together by architect Algirdas Kaušpedas. A pinewood, a creek, sports and recreation zones, special landscaping, an exceptional space for gatherings of children and the community.As far as development of "Pušų terasos" is concerned, a great deal of attention was paid to longevity, comfortable everyday life, quality and nature-friendly materials. Spacious larch plank terraces serve for the main highlight of 5-7 storey buildings. Glass and ceramics are the key elements, combination of which in exterior solutions gives "Pušų terasos" its uniqueness. Three-layered masonry walls separating the flats and a ventilated facade allow enjoying both a warm home and fresh air. Rainwater tanks will ensure proper use of resources and allow reducing the environmental impact.
