🏙 PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Courtyard Residencies is a bold proposal for a multi-purpose high-rise development in the heart of Islamabad. Comprising three stepped towers terminating at different heights, the design creates a dynamic skyline presence while promoting interaction through a central brick-faced courtyard void — a signature spatial and aesthetic element of the project.

🧱 DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

At the core of the project is a celebration of brick as both structure and skin. Inspired by traditional South Asian materiality and modern urban needs, the façade features hollow brick modules, offering shading, texture, and passive cooling, while framing views inward to the courtyard. This space also acts as a social connector, bridging living, commercial, and amenity zones.
