项目介绍 | Project Introduction

项目位于深圳市福田区，房屋建筑面积110㎡，钢筋混凝土结构。屋主是一对从事金融行业的青年夫妇和刚上小学的男孩。屋主的生活充满了玩趣的气息与自然的情调。他对摄影、露营、中古家具和烹饪等都有着浓厚兴趣。由于屋主自由职业的属性，此次项目属于学区住宅+自由职业者居所的改造。以”第二居所”为设计理念展开，巧妙平衡了学区功能与居家办公的需求，打造功能与精神双解放的自由空间。

The project is located in Futian District, Shenzhen, featuring a 110㎡ residential space with a reinforced concrete structure. The homeowners are a young couple working in the finance industry and their elementary school-aged son. Their lifestyle is filled with a playful atmosphere and a natural ambiance. They have a strong interest in photography, camping, vintage furniture, and cooking. Because of the homeowner’s freelance profession, this project involves the transformation of a school district residence and a freelancer’s home. The design concept of a “second home” was adopted, carefully balancing the needs of a school district living space and the requirements of a home office, creating a free space that liberates both function and spirit.

设计理念 | Philosophy of design

“第二居所 ”（Second Home）概念由阿尔托所提出的，这里并非单纯指代物理意义上的第二套房产，而是强调一种与自然共生、回归生活本质的居住理念。而此次项目，我们依据这一理念，在软硬装选材上，偏好木材、石材、棉麻等自然材质的对话，强调触感和温度，构建温暖而现代的空间基调。

在空间布局上，强调：

1.“空间让渡哲学”：设计师重新审视屋主的生活习性与空间叙事，通过解构与重组，将最大的卧室空间留给孩子，体现了”以童为本”的设计思考及房屋的初期属性。

2.“复合功能布局”：LDK一体化公区、三分离卫浴、独立书房等功能模块有机组合，是给予房屋的第二属性。

摆脱学区住宅的刻板印象，让每个人都能找到舒适角落的平衡。为孩子也同时为自己，为生活中重要的事情创造一个最好的环境。这不仅是空间的重构，更是家庭关系的重新诠释，将最简单的，最写意的空间呈现给彼此。

{改造前}

110㎡两室两厅的空间布局，整体原户型动线割裂：客厅、餐厅分离，公区利用率低；空间功能碎片化：两个阳台利用率不高，房间功能使用局促。

[改造后]

1. 功能整合，LDK一体化：拆除客厅与大阳台之间的隔墙，形成长7.6米的连续公区，家庭互动效率提升40%；玄关与餐厨之间，用双面柜的形式（鞋柜与背后西厨柜），将玄关区域和室内空间做层次缓冲。

2：阳台兼并：把原主卧与阳台间推拉门拆除，外扩1.5米进深，此空间作为儿童房，阳台变独立的学习区。

3：卫浴系统增设：独立马桶间（1.2㎡）与家政柜整合，隐藏在公区。另再配置三分离卫浴，洗漱区（1.6㎡）独立于走廊，满足三人使用需求。

The “Second Home” concept, introduced by Alvar Aalto, does not merely refer to a physical second property but emphasizes a living philosophy that coexists with nature and returns to the essence of life. For this project, we followed this idea and preferred the use of natural materials such as wood, stone, and cotton-linen in both the soft and hard decorations, emphasizing touch and warmth to create a warm yet modern space.

In terms of spatial layout, the focus is on:

“Space Concession Philosophy”: The designer reexamines the homeowner’s lifestyle and spatial narrative. Through deconstruction and reorganization, the largest bedroom space is dedicated to the child, reflecting a “child-centric” design approach and the original intent of the house.

“Mixed Function Layout”: The integration of the LDK public area, three separate bathrooms, and an independent study room are organically combined, giving the house a second functional identity.

Breaking free from the rigid stereotypes of school-district housing, the design ensures that every family member finds their own comfortable corner. It creates the best possible environment not only for the child but also for the homeowners themselves. This is not just a reconstruction of space, but a reinterpretation of family relationships, presenting the simplest and most artistic space to one another.

Before Renovation:

The original layout of the 110㎡ two-bedroom, two-living room space was fragmented in terms of flow: the living room and dining room were separated, with low public area utilization. The space functions were fragmented, with two balconies underutilized and rooms feeling cramped.

After Renovation:

1. Function Integration, LDK Unification: The wall between the living room and large balcony was removed, creating a 7.6 - meter - long continuous public area, improving family interaction by 40%. A double - sided cabinet (shoe cabinet and a western kitchen cabinet) was used between the entrance and kitchen, buffering the entry area from the interior space.

2. Balcony Merged: The sliding door between the master bedroom and balcony was removed, extending the space by 1.5 meters. This area became the child’s bedroom, while the balcony transformed into an independent study area.

3. Bathroom System Upgrades: An independent toilet room (1.2㎡) and a housekeeping cabinet were integrated and hidden in the public area. Additionally, a three - separated bathroom system was installed, with a wash area (1.6㎡) independent of the corridor to accommodate three users.

玄关 | Porch

紧凑型玄关的设计，通过不到顶的双面储物柜的形式区分空间功能，既要满足实用性，又要兼顾隐私保护和美学。玄关进门通铺橡木宽版木地板，使空间整体统一，视觉的延续感抵消空间的压迫感。结合中古墙挂衣架的复古元素，打造一个兼具功能与趣味风格的小空间。

The compact entryway was designed with a double-sided storage cabinet, differentiating space functions while balancing practicality, privacy, and aesthetics. The oak wood flooring extends across the entire entry, unifying the space and visually diminishing any sense of crampedness. The vintage wall-mounted coat rack adds a playful touch while enhancing the functional appeal of this small space.

客厅 | Living room

客厅是平时家人互动的场所，这里采用功能整合，客餐厅一体化的形式，把沙发、中转台、餐桌并排分布在公区的中央，用软装家具形成公区的环形回游，实现功能与审美的双向奔现。

餐厨 | Dining room&Kitchen

餐厅是居家生活最重要的空间。餐厨厅位于玄关旁，玄关—厨房—餐厅的优化动线，给予了屋主更大的生活便利。对于烹饪爱好者，连续延伸的操作台、面向开阳的窗户，是一件再幸福不过的事情。整体的木饰面橱柜，希望呈现出敞亮，简单自然的氛围。

餐厅吊灯是蔡烈超工作室设计的马扎灯1.0，工业化模块的金属的材质和餐厨区的木作呈现出鲜明的对比。不同视角呈现多元化的表现形式，为空间增添了趣味性。

The dining area is the heart of home life. The optimized layout of the entryway, kitchen, and dining room provides more convenience for the homeowner. For a cooking enthusiast, the continuous counter space and windows opening to the exterior are delightful features. The wooden cabinetry contributes to a open, simple, and natural atmosphere.

The dining room chandelier–Mazha V 1.0 , designed by Mario Tsai studio, contrasts the industrial-style metal with the woodwork of the kitchen and dining area, adding a dynamic and playful element to the space.

主卧室 | Master bedroom

当主卧与儿童房完成空间互调后，这间面积精简的卧室呈现出克制的优雅。面积虽小但功能完备：定制薄柜沿床侧展开，将隐藏式翻折书桌融入其中，功能与极简线条达成完美平衡。露营风格的多功能装备箱替代传统床头柜，既满足收纳需求，又为空间注入随性气息。温润的木饰面床头背板从视觉到触觉层层递进，让克制的优雅始终包裹着一份自然暖意。

After swapping the master bedroom with the child’s room, this streamlined bedroom presents restrained elegance. Despite its smaller size, it is fully functional: a custom slim cabinet runs along the side of the bed, incorporating a hidden foldable desk. The multifunctional camping-style gear box replaces the traditional bedside table, providing storage while injecting a carefree vibe into the space. The warm wood-paneled headboard gradually enhances the visual and tactile experience, offering a natural warmth to the otherwise minimalist elegance.

儿童房 | Children’s room

这间全屋最大的房间被精心设计为成长的容器，将学习、娱乐、收纳与客卧功能巧妙融合。窗边联排书柜组合不仅提供了充足的收纳空间，更以上下铺小窗景的布局，围合出一个独立的学习区，让孩子在自然光的抚慰下专注学习，安全感与集中力随之提升。上下床的设计空间的翻倍使用——平时，这里是孩子的趣味阅读角；长辈留宿时，它又能迅速切换为灵活客卧，满足了待客的需求。而地台床下方的隐藏储物，则让收纳变得无形却高效。这个空间真正实现了“一室多用”。

The largest room in the house has been carefully designed as a container for growth, seamlessly integrating learning, entertainment, storage, and guest bedroom functions. The row of bookshelves by the window provides ample storage, and the small windows on the upper and lower levels create a secluded study area. The child can study under natural light, increasing both focus and a sense of security. The bunk bed design maximizes the use of space, turning this room into a reading nook for the child, which can also quickly transform into a guest room when needed. Hidden storage beneath the platform bed keeps the space organized and efficient, making this room truly multifunctional.

书房+衣帽间 | Study room+Cloakroom

这间自由职业者的静音书房，位于全屋最深处，通过双动线分离的设计，实现了极致的隐私性与沉浸感，完美诠释了“专注办公”的理念。木丝板装饰的隔音天花，搭配裸露的金属电线管，赋予空间一种自然共生与温柔叛逆并存的独特气质，体现了自由居住的独特精神。这里收纳了屋主的所有爱好。步入式衣帽间是用VITSOE的置物架设置出来的，墙挂开放式衣架灵活多变。这里灵活、个性化成为屋主私享的小天地，每一寸空间都讲述着自由与个性的故事。

The soundproof home office, located at the farthest point of the house, was designed to provide complete privacy and immersion, perfectly illustrating the “focus on work” philosophy. The ceiling is decorated with soundproof wood fiber panels, and exposed metal electrical pipes add a touch of natural rebellion, reflecting the unique spirit of free living. This room accommodates all of the homeowner’s hobbies. The walk-in closet, made from VITSOE shelving units and open-wall hangers, is flexible and dynamic. The space is both personal and adaptable, offering a private retreat that reflects freedom and individuality. Every inch of space tells the story of personal expression and liberty.
