Acesur橄榄油榨油厂的设计深深植根于对当地文化遗产的尊重。项目汲取了安达卢西亚传统建筑元素，以简洁的几何线条和柔和的大地色调呼应周围的橄榄林。建筑采用本地采购的材料，使结构更好地融入环境，同时通过自然采光、交叉通风与遮阳设计等被动式策略，提升能效并降低建筑对环境的影响。

The design of the almazara (olive mill) reflects a deep respect for the cultural heritage of the region. Drawing from traditional Andalusian architectural elements, the project incorporates clean, geometric lines and a muted palette of earthy tones to echo the surrounding olive groves. Locally sourced materials further root the structure in its context, while the use of passive design strategies—including natural lighting, cross-ventilation, and shading elements—enhances energy efficiency and reduces the building’s environmental impact.

Functionality is at the core of the facility, with carefully planned spaces that optimize the workflow of olive oil production while providing a safe and comfortable environment for workers. Yet, Almazara Acesur is more than just an industrial facility. It is a space for education, culture, and community engagement. Visitors are invited to explore the processes of olive cultivation and oil production, experiencing first-hand the blend of tradition and innovation that defines the Andalusian olive oil industry.
