设计理念 DESIGN CONCEPT

心安的归属，松弛的场域，是“家”赋予居住者的意义。正向共合，接受业主的委托，将218㎡的敞阔平层，打造成为城市生活中滋养身心的舒适居所。

The attribution of peace of mind, the field of relaxation, is the meaning of "home" to the occupants. ZHANS accepts the entrustment of the owner to build the 218㎡ spacious flat floor into a comfortable residence that nourishes the body and mind in urban life.

户型自带方正规整的骨骼框架，设计师通过材料、软装、灯光的搭配，带给空间更温和包容的氛围感，沉静的灰绿艺术漆墙体，与自然有机的木饰面，如两股流动的能量，贯穿整个住宅，加强每个场景分区的共性。有着写意弧形的木作椅子及其它物件，演变成居所里调动情致的灵动符号，空间中的实用功能与美的形式，如此得到平衡，将屋主的理想向往变为了可触碰的日常。

The apartment type comes with a square and regular skeleton frame. The designer brings a more gentle and inclusive atmosphere to the space through the combination of materials, soft furnishings and lighting. The quiet grey-green art paint wall, and the natural and organic wood finish, like two flowing energies, run through the entire residence, strengthening the connection between each scene and partition. Wooden chairs and other objects with beautiful arcs have become smart symbols in the residence, and the practical functions and aesthetics in the space are so balanced. The designer turned the ideal of the homeowner into a touchable life.

▷ 客厅景览 Living room ━

设计语言有万般变化，以达成功能与形式之间的秩序平衡。客厅作为住宅中的大空间，有足够发挥的余地，材质与表现形式的变奏，将细节填满，融入主人个性的喜好，塑造此区域的独有气质。

The design language has undergone numerous changes to achieve a balance between function and form. As a large space in a house, the living room has enough room to play. The changes in materials and forms of expression are used to fill in the details, and integrate the preferences of the owner’s personality to shape the special temperament of the space.

空间观感是否轻松大气，取决于收纳的规整度，与色彩搭配的合理性。设计师在原有框架上规划功能定位，经过勘察测量，分别定制电视机与墙柜的收纳空间，与墙体呈平行状态，当人处于客厅中时，视线不受任何阻碍，通透的呼吸感充盈整个空间。目之所及，是灰绿的静美，木色的温和，灰色的清雅，低调且兼具高级审美意味。

Whether a space looks relaxed enough depends on the regularity of storage and the rationality of color matching. The designer planned the function positioning on the original frame, and after measurement, customized the storage space of the TV and the wall cabinet, so that they were parallel to the wall. When people are in the living room, the line of sight is not obstructed, and the transparent breath fills the whole space. As far as the eye can see, it is the quiet beauty of gray and green, the gentleness of wood color, the elegance of gray, low-key and high-level aesthetics.

具有特色的静物之美，突显私宅属性，边柜的顶部是摆件或氛围灯的好去处，营造优美雅观的端景意象，细节种种，潜藏着生活的致趣。

Unique accessories that highlight personal attributes. The top of the sideboard is a good place for ornaments or ambient lights, creating a beautiful and elegant image of the end scene. Every detail hides the joy of life.

朦胧窗纱将日光转译为柔和的光源，温润且清透，不打扰室内的宁静，同时提升空间的庇护感，置身其中，更觉安心放松。当太阳不再刺目，便将帘幔收敛，整墙的落地窗让外部景观尽收眼底，消弭了人居与自然的界限。

The hazy window screen turns the sun’s light into a soft light source, which is warm and clear, does not disturb the tranquility of the interior, and at the same time enhances the sense of shelter in the space. When you are in the space, you can feel at ease and relax. When the sun is no longer dazzling, the curtains are put away, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the entire wall allow a panoramic view of the external landscape, eliminating the boundary between the residence and nature.

▷ 客厅墙柜视角 Living room wall cabinet ━

在主沙发之后，打造兼具展列及储纳功能的墙柜，用材的纯粹质感与颜色深浅节奏的交叠，赋予空间一种古典韵味，自然形成一面气质非凡的背景墙，提升客厅的仪式感。

Behind the main sofa, create a wall cabinet with both display and storage functions. The pure texture of the material, which interacts with the rhythm of the shades of color, gives the space a classical charm, and naturally forms a background wall with extraordinary temperament, which enhances the sense of ritual in the living room.

客餐一体的开放式格局，让空间不受局限，更显宽敞。双面采光对流，一天之中自然光影的多种变幻，将生活的况味酝酿得愈加富有情调，三餐五味与喜乐日常融汇在一起，空间成为情感与记忆的最佳载体。

The open layout of the guest and dining integration makes the space not limited and more spacious. Double-sided lighting convection, the variety of natural light and shadow changes throughout the day, brewing the taste of life more and more emotional, three meals and five flavors and joy daily integration, the space becomes the best carrier of emotions and memories.

▷ 餐厅细部 Dining room details ━

椅子及餐桌，包括桌面上如一弯月牙般写意的小托盘，皆由曲线勾勒结构轮廓，弧形自带的优雅美感，使生活的步调都变得从容。一旁的拉门采用竖条纹的长虹玻璃材质，自带模糊的雾面，光线经过百转千回的折射渡入室内，营造隐隐约约的朦胧之美。

The chairs and dining table, as well as the small crescent-like tray on the tabletop, are all curved shapes, and the elegant beauty of the curved shape makes the pace of life calm. The sliding door on the side is made of vertical striped Changhong glass, with a blurred matte surface, and the light is refracted several times to illuminate the room, creating a faint hazy beauty.

▷ 走廊动线 Corridor flow ━

走廊是连接各个支脉空间的重要枢纽，如何将简单的廊道变得趣味横生，于设计师而言是对空间节奏把握能力的考验。用一面留白的墙壁保证明度，艺术漆墙腰与木饰面从客厅绵延至此，承袭了整个住宅的氛围调性，在材质错落间，层次感生动呈现。

The corridor is an important hub connecting the various branch spaces, and how to turn a simple corridor into fun is a test of the designer’s ability to grasp the rhythm of the space. A white wall is used to ensure brightness, and the artistic lacquered wall waist and wood finish extend from the living room to here, continuing the atmosphere tonality of the entire residence, and presenting a vivid sense of layering under the collision of materials.

▷ 多功能室景览 Multi-purpose room ━

一盏复古而美妙的暖色氛围灯，开启了多功能室对使用者的致意讯号。简单的陈设并不会枯燥，深色的木饰面与金属边的搭配，烘托复古意境，使空间极具氛围感染力。这里是收纳功能间，也是闲情休憩室，偶有空暇在此饮茶读书，不失为人间乐事。

A retro and wonderful warm ambient light opens the greeting signal of the multi-purpose room to the user. The simple furnishings are not boring, and the combination of dark wood finishes and metal edges sets off the retro mood and makes the space very infectious. This is a storage function room, but also a leisure room, occasionally free time here to drink tea and read, which is a pleasure in the world.

全然归属于自我的栖居地，是对悦己生活最好的礼物。

Belonging fully to one’s own abode is the best gift for a self-pleasing life.

合理的空间设计，带给人的是令身心双重舒适的感受。卧室以白色作为主调，放大空间的视觉尺度，此处便形成了可以自如安放情绪，汲取新生力量的休憩场域。卫浴与卧室结合一体，方便主人日常起居需求，特意选用暖调灯光氛围，弱化干扰因素，只留存纯粹功能与漫漫灯光，全意地为屋主服务，在生活的主场里，给予最为妥帖温馨的守护。

Reasonable space design brings people a feeling of double comfort for body and mind. The bedroom uses white as the main tone, enlarging the visual scale of the space, and forming a rest area where you can freely place emotions and absorb new energy. The bathroom and bedroom are combined to facilitate the owner’s daily living needs, deliberately choose a warm lighting atmosphere, weaken the interference factors, only retain pure function and diffuse lighting, wholeheartedly serve the owner, and give the most appropriate and warm protection in the main field of life.

"ZHANS" design was co-founded in 2021 by two post-90s designers.
