Bluish 丨 Flussocreativo Design Studio

Located in Brescia, Italy, this apartment has been thoroughly redesigned by Flussocreativo Design Studio. Designed in 2019, this property features a refined and contemporary aesthetic achieved through a complete overhaul of the original architecture. The project’s emphasis on vibrant blue-gray tones and functional solutions creates a harmonious blend of aesthetics and utility, making it a stunning example of modern interior architecture that resonates with elegance and sophistication.

An Open Space Enhanced By Functional Elements

All pre-existing partitions have been demolished and rebuilt with a drywall system, allowing a total remodeling of the space: from a five-room apartment, the apartment has become a four-room apartment. The living area opens up into a large open space, punctuated by arched passageways, ceiling recesses and color blocks that define its different functions. Intense tones of a bluish gray outline the volumes of the entrance and dining area, creating a dramatic and enveloping effect.

Gray Porcelain Slabs Amplify Natural Brightness

Originally, each room featured a different floor, generating a fragmented perception of space. Today, however, large gray porcelain slabs even out the surfaces, amplifying natural brightness. The essential, contemporary furniture is distinguished by clean lines and a selected color palette, while leaving room for carefully designed decorative details.

Custom Solutions Enhance Functionality Within The Apartment

From a functional point of view, custom solutions such as integrated closets, concealed sliding doors and strategic interlocking between service compartments optimize space. In the sleeping area, a central axis organizes laundry and closets, recessed into specially designed recesses. The main bathroom has been divided into two, through an interplay of volumes that provides the master suite with exclusive service.

The project is distinguished by a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality: the rooms, wisely defined through colors, volumes and materials, dialogue with each other in a visual and spatial harmony, offering a refined and welcoming living experience.
