序

PROLOGUE

Some time ago, idle to see a short video, unexpectedly saw a set of his work, surprise, thoughts also returned to the design of this case day and night.

在一年前多，我们认识了这套宅子的屋主，马总，马总年轻有为，和他唠嗑时得知，他家这几年一直在装修房子，装了好几套，自己也就有经验了。什么经验呢？马总笑笑：找个好设计师，让人家放手做呗！

More than a year ago, we met the owner of this House, Mr. Ma. Mr. Ma, young and promising, and he learned that over the years, his family has been renovating the house, installed several sets, I also have experience. What kind of experience? Ma always smiles: find a good designer, let others let go do !

于是，这套案例的故事，就此开始了。

And so, the story began.

黑 BLACK

千江水有千江月，每个人对于家的看法都是不一样的，我想，好的家宅应该能呼应屋主的喜好和个性，气场上的契合，和使用上的方便舒适同样重要。

A thousand people have a thousand Hamlett, each view of the home is different, I think, a good home should be able to respond to the owner’s preferences and personality, the fit in the field, and the use of convenience and comfort is equally important.

于是就有了黑色的主色调，这个色调，有人认为很酷，有人则感觉有些昏暗，但这些看法都不重要，一点也不重要，重要的是屋主喜欢，这是马总和我们一起选定的色彩，能回应他的喜好。

And then there’s the dominant color of black, which some people think is cool, and some people think is a little bit dark, but it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter at all, what matters is that the owner likes it, and it’s a color that Mr. Ma, and we has chosen to respond to his preferences.

黑色的宅子，好像夜空一般的色彩，静谧而纯粹，从穹顶升起，顺着沙发背景墙流淌下来，浸染大地，整个地面也就成了黑色。

The dark house, like the color of the night sky, rises from the Dome, flows down the Back Wall of the SOFA, saturates the ground, and the ground is black.

巨大的落地窗解决了照明问题，夜色里也就有了光，变成了黑白彼此呼应的奇妙场景，黑是实际的，而光是空灵的，虚实交错之间，空间的魅力就此展现出来。

The huge French windows solved the problem of lighting, and in the night there was light, turning into a wonderful scene of black and white should be each other, black is practical, and light is ethereal, between the virtual and real, the charm of the space is thus displayed.

舍 JETTISON

哲人说，我们在舍去中获得。这很好地体现在了本案的设计中，在设计最初，马总曾经告诉我们，这宅子就他一个人住，而他不想住在储物间里，所以能浪费的就别留了，空间效果至上。

The philosopher said, we gain by giving away. This is reflected in the design of the case, in the design of the initial, Ma has told us that this house alone, and he does not want to live in the storage room, so can be wasted do not stay, the space is paramount.

因舍而得，但如何舍弃，又要得到什么，却需要思考，在反复研讨后我们大胆地砸掉了二层楼一半的地板，给客厅做了个挑空，给黑色足够的释放空间，使得空间庄严而不压抑，并且在二层地面上切出了一个线条优雅的曲线，以此增强美感。

For giving, but how to give up, and what to get, but need to think. After repeated discussion, we boldly smashed the second floor half of the floor, to the living room to do a pick empty, to the black enough space to release, so that the space solemn and not depressed, and cut a graceful curve on the second floor to enhance the aesthetic feeling.

对舍得的理解，也延续到了卧室，这是一个很大卧室，却没有过多的装饰，空间显得很空，在黑色的渲染下，空旷转换为了静谧的格调。

To give up understanding, also continued to the bedroom, this is a large bedroom, but not too much decoration, the space appears very empty, in the black rendering, empty into a quiet style.

对于当代的年轻人来说，卧室的意义绝不只是个睡觉的地方，而是属于自我的个人天地，在本案卧室里还带有一个小型书房，能办公也能看书，闲了没事还能玩电脑。落地灯和挂画是找了很多店才买来的，纯粹而有味道。

For young people today, the bedroom is more than just a place to sleep. It is a personal space, complete with a small study that can be used for both work and reading, as well as playing on the computer at Leisure. Floor Lamps and hanging pictures are to find a lot of shops to buy, pure and flavor.

居 LIVE

马先生喜欢做饭，而且出乎意料的手艺相当好，尤善做西餐，所以我们就特别为他设计了一个西厨，搭配藏着储物空间的中岛，实用性和功能性全都有。

Mr Ma loves to cook and is surprisingly good at cooking western food, so he has designed a western kitchen for him, complete with storage space in Middle Island, Tristan da Cunha, both functional and practical.

我们认为，设计应该是真实的，而非是“形式主义”，我们希望还原的是一种生活场景，而不是一幅好看的画面，真实的设计，可以让家宅从艺术回归生活。

Cloakroom design is a bit like the classic "Wood Box" , extremely regular lines rich in the most essential design logic, transparent doors outline the black lines, and to the space into a sense of fashion.

发光的台阶，通往二楼，这台阶设计独特，凌空而建，自成一景，上了二楼，是健身区，健身也是马总爱好中的一个，而这个空间，就是给他准备的。

Luminous steps, leading to the second floor, this step unique design, volley and built, a scene of its own, on the second floor, is the fitness area, fitness is always a hobby of Ma, and this space is prepared for him.

一个热爱健身的人当然少不了属于自己的鞋柜了，我们为设计了一个属于他自己的衣帽间，在这个空间里，鞋柜成了时尚的展示架，也算是一道别致的风景了。

A person who loves fitness of course can not do without his own shoe cabinet, we designed a cloakroom for his own, in this space, the shoe cabinet has become a fashion display rack, is also a unique landscape.

美 Aesthetics

我们思前想后，感觉用泰戈尔老先生的《野花》去诠释这套大宅是最合适的——如花般盲目，是的，美是不需要目的的，美是一种感受，是一种境界。

We think about it and feel that it is most fitting to use old Mr Rabindranath Tagore’s wild flowers as a metaphor for the flower like blindness, for yes, beauty is a feeling, a state, without a purpose.

在房子完工，上软装的时候，马总提供了一些他的收藏，模型和小摆件，我们将这些物件分别放置在了空间的不同角落，我们认为，让居住者的收藏，成为空间的一部分，是让家宅和居住者建立感情呼应的手段之一。

When the House was finished and upholstered, Ma provided some of his collections, models and knick-knacks, which we placed in different corners of the space, and we thought it would be a good idea, it’s one of the ways to get the house and its occupants to respond emotionally.

阳台是值得一提的一个设计点，这里我们打算大改一番，封起来，做成洗衣房，但后来考虑到空间足够，没必要占用阳台洗衣服，就做成了一个露天小花坛，虽然功能被消减了，但这里日后能种花，能乘凉，能看见春秋风景。无用之用为大用，这是对于美学意义的极致诠释。

The balcony is a design point worth mentioning. Here we planned to make a big change, seal it up and make it into a laundry room. However, considering that there was enough space, there was no need to take up the balcony to wash clothes, so we made it into an open-air small flower bed. Although the function was reduced, but here in the future can plant flowers, can cool, can see the spring and autumn scenery. Uselessness is utility, which is the ultimate interpretation of aesthetic meaning.

趣 INTERESTING

我们总是在想，一个有趣的家宅里，是不是都有一个有趣的人在生活？或者说，是因为有这样的一个有趣的人，家宅才能变得如此生动有趣？

We always wonder, is there an interesting person living in an interesting house? Or is it because of such an interesting person that the homestead becomes so lively and interesting?

环境与人的奇妙关系，或许就在这里，人按照自己的心去塑造环境，而环境也会一种生活回馈给人，而串联这两者的应该就是设计，生活启迪设计，设计塑造生活。
