//ABOUT THE PLANE 关于平面

关于屋主：本案屋主拥有一个幸福的三口之家，女屋主是一个爱美的辣妈，在她的理解里“辣妈”从不是束缚，而是成为更好的自己的勋章。她喜欢黑白灰的色调，注重细节，追求品质。她希望家回归纯粹的理想状态，从清晨阳光到夜晚灯火，呈现简约而温暖的生活场景，同时展现出丰盈的精神内核。

为此，叶萱对屋主的理解与感知：叶萱基于对业主的艺术审美和生活方式的了解，用黑白色的纯粹与包容，照映出家的自由底色，在摒弃了其他色彩的生活空间中，建构起多元且丰富的情绪与力量。让艺术亦在时光的留白中绽放，光影引人入胜，线条与体块错落交叠自成秩序，让生活本真归于最简单的空间。

最后，叶萱重新做了平面规划：

1、原主卧为套房形式，但实际就寝空间较为紧凑，主卫面积相对宽松，而连接客厅到主卧的过道狭长，未能利用起来；故缩小主卫空间，将过道位置巧妙设计，进一步增大主卧就寝面积，使其空间更开阔自由。另外，无损增加主卧落地滑窗处玻璃栏杆，在保证安全的情况下，也保留了通透的视野。

2、把原客卧套房改成改成独立卧室，将套房卫生间作为公卫使用，使其动线合理，更为便利。

3、将原始公卫划进新增儿童房间内，新设套房朝向视野更好，房间面积更符合屋主使用需要。

如果世界褪去缤纷色彩，生活是否会在黑与白的纯粹中建构出另一种丰富？设计师尝试通过一次空间营造给出答案 ——由黑入白的色块渐进，描绘出徐徐展开的生活图景；由线至面的结构回转，更是家呈现其独特性与丰富性的过程。

If the world loses its colorful hues, will life construct another kind of richness in the purity of black and white? The designer attempts to provide an answer through a single spatial creation - a gradual progression of color blocks from black to white, depicting a slowly unfolding picture of life. The structural rotation from line to surface is even more the process by which a home presents its uniqueness and richness.

简洁的色调下，皮质沙发、茶几、地毯等结合成有机的整体，在不同的光线下切换姿态，以幽静示人。层高凸显开阔，质感跳出材料的表面，以未满显盈缺，给人无限遐思。窗外四时皆景，与屋内相映衬，将时间凝固成可触摸的长轴画卷，缱绻延伸。

Under the simple color tones, the leather sofa, coffee table, carpet and other elements are combined into an organic whole, changing their postures under different lighting conditions to present a serene appearance. The height of the floor highlights the spaciousness, and the texture transcends the surface of the material, revealing the fullness and deficiency through the unfullness, evoking boundless reverie. Outside the window, the scenery of all four seasons contrasts with that inside, freezing time into a touchable long scroll that stretches on and on.▼客厅实景图 A real picture of the living room

宜居生活因人、时、地而异，不执着于主墙，只留下一种被围合的空间，人与人面对，聊天说笑，举杯推盏，一切以方便好用为最佳姿态呈现。

A livable life varies from person to person, from time to time and from place to place. It is not fixated on the main wall but only leaves a enclosed space where people face each other, chat and laugh, raise their glasses and toast. Everything is presented in the best form that is convenient and user-friendly.

“一”字形长厅为生活的自由展开提供充足空间，因功能而置的客厅、餐厅两处场域南北贯通。烟火气与艺术性随光影畅游，家人或是团坐桌旁，或是分散各处，无论身处何种场景，抬头即可对视的亲密陪伴细密着美好日常。

The "I" shaped long hall provides ample space for the free development of life. The living room and dining room, which are arranged according to their functions, are connected from north to south. The hustle and bustle of daily life and the artistry flow freely with the play of light and shadow. Family members either sit around the table or are scattered everywhere. No matter what scene they are in, the intimate companionship that can be seen directly by looking up is filled with the beauty of daily life.

如果说简洁的笔触下展示了设计的减法，那关照居住体验的种种设计则实现了生活的加法。例如卧室区域的“套房”式概念，就以一面墙为核心，将卧室、主卫、衣帽间等功能进行串联，构建起一个流转、贯通的环绕式空间，将生活的更多面向带入日常。

If the simple strokes reveal the subtraction of design, then the various designs that pay attention to the living experience achieve the addition of life. For instance, the "suite" concept in the bedroom area takes one wall as the core, connecting functions such as the bedroom, master bathroom, and dressing room to create a flowing and integrated surrounding space, bringing more aspects of life into daily life.

在这个空间中，延续黑与白的纯粹语境，给人无限遐想的空间。棉麻、皮质、木质等元素的加入进一步精致了此处的纹理之美，让人能在此维度中感受舒适的氛围。

In this space, the pure context of black and white continues, providing people with an infinite space for imagination. The addition of elements such as cotton, linen, leather and wood further refines the beauty of the texture here, allowing people to feel a comfortable atmosphere in this dimension.

主卫以干湿分区设计兼顾美观与实用，双台盆满足夫妻二人共同使用的需求，镜面延展空间，也通过对台盆的赤色倒映，于虚实交映间延展着生活的想象。

The master bathroom is designed with a dry and wet zone, balancing aesthetics and practicality. The double washbasins meet the needs of the couple to use together. The mirror extends the space, and the red reflection of the washbasins also extends the imagination of life through the interplay of reality and illusion.

儿童房位于客厅另一侧，拥有相对独立的空间与动线，而这样的布局也让家庭成员在保证隐私的同时，互相包容对方不同的作息时间，在各自的节奏里共同生活，自由，也融洽。

The children’s room is located on the other side of the living room, featuring a relatively independent space and circulation. Such a layout also allows family members to maintain privacy while tolerating each other’s different schedules, living together at their own paces, freely and harmoniously.

考虑到未来家庭成员可能会增加的变化，设计成两张单人床的起居室格局。空间极具可变性，能够让孩子在此就寝、学习，充分尊重了孩子们成长的多种可能性。

Considering the possible increase in family members in the future, the living room layout is designed with two single beds. The space is highly variable, allowing children to sleep and study here, fully respecting the various possibilities of children’s growth.

毕业于中国美术学院，从事设计行业12年。

十年来，麟戈以全案设计与施工落地为根系，在钢筋混凝土中培育出1000余座“理想生活容器”。

我始终相信，设计是理性与感性的双线叙事。每一套作品从概念到实景，皆以“自宅标准”反复推敲：工地现场不断踏勘只为1毫米收口精准，当业主推开新家门的那一刻，目之所及不应是效果图的复刻，而是超越期待的丰盈——那些光影的层次、材质的呼吸、功能的温度，皆是团队用偏执换来的答案。

“比业主更挑剔”是我们的底色。从隐蔽工程的毫米级工艺管控，到全案材料供应链的闭环管理，麟戈用严苛的内控标准为设计赋形。曾有一位客户说：“你们在替我守护连我自己都未察觉的期待。”这正是全案的意义：设计不止于图纸，而是让理想主义在水泥森林中稳健落地。

十载深耕，麟戈始终在解一道题——如何让空间真正成为居住者精神的镜像。答案或许藏在下个项目的晨光里，而我们，永远在路上。
