Development of standard layouts for 9-storey residential buildings for a prefabricated reinforced concrete panel manufacturing plant.Three types of sections were proposed: straight (standard) sections 'Р' and corner sections 'K', in order to create enclosed courtyards.

The straight section Р-420 features the highest number of one-bedroom apartments and has dual-sided insolation.

The straight section Р-022 consists of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, designed for northward orientation.

And finally, the third type of section — the corner section K-122 — is designed to form a closed building perimeter for wind protection and to create enclosed, car-free inner courtyards.

Next, three classic combinations of site layout were proposed.
