南山商业文化中心区景观水池改造项目丨中国深圳丨译地事务所有限公司,中国建筑西南设计研究院有限公司

由译地事务所设计的南山商业文化中心区景观水池改造项目占地6.4公顷，项目所在的后海片区是深圳最知名的城市名片。项目的设计建设范围包括南北共九个水池及周边的道路广场，伴随着场地周边的业态和环境变化，项目存在水源不足、水质变化、部分池底存在破损及漏水等问题，亟待提升更新并重新焕发公共活力。

Designed by eLandscript Studio, the Public Water Pool Renovation project in Shenzhen Nanshan Commercial and Cultural Center District covers an area of 6.4 hectares. Launched in 2021, the project consists of nine pools running from north to south, along with adjacent roads and plazas. However, with the passage of time, a series of challenges have emerged, include water scarcity, unstable water quality, damaged pool bases and leakage issues, a lack of sufficient slow-traffic spaces, and underutilized public spaces.

设计秉承传承与发展的基本理念，以展开的海岸线为愿景，并提出再生水系统恢复、慢行系统完善、老化设施更新、场地乔木保护、材料循环利用、商业文化空间拓展等六大设计策略付诸实施。依据相邻地块的建筑功能、运营属性和光照环境，将场地自然划分为南北两区：南水景活力海湾、北水景生态水岸。

Guided by principles of heritage and innovation, the design team integrated the vision of an “unfolding coastline,” six key strategies were implemented: recycled water system restoration, slow-traffic network enhancement, aging infrastructure renewal, existing tree preservation, material recycling, and expansion of commercial-cultural spaces. The site was naturally divided into two zones based on adjacent building functions, operations, and sunlight conditions: the South Waterscape Active Bay and the North Waterscape Ecological Shoreline.

南水景：活力海湾

South Waterscape: Vitality Bay

南水景：活力海湾的设计回应四个相邻地块的商业属性和文化运营需求，将原水景面积12000平米改造为5500平米，并增加4000平米的活动广场和大草坪、云之廊、儿童跳泉等，成为亲子家庭和商业外摆的公共活力空间。海之声艺术雕塑与水舞广场的喷泉交相呼应，已成为眺望春笋、打卡深圳最美日落的热点机位。

In response to the commercial attributes and cultural operation requirements of the four adjacent plots of the South Waterscape, the original waterscape area of 12,000 square meters has been transformed into 5,500 square meters. Additionally, a 4,000 square meters activity square and lawn have been added. The Cloud Trellis with children’s splashing spring, and the Fountain Plaza provides flexibility for cafes, retails and public gatherings. The Sea Sound Art Sculpture and the fountain show complement each other. This area has become a popular spot for people to overlook the skyline and take photos of the most beautiful sunset in Shenzhen.

北水景：生态水岸

North Waterscape: Ecological Shoreline

北水景：生态水岸的设计回应相邻五个地块的办公酒店属性以及隔路相望的居民住宅，将原有17000平米的水面改造为9000平米，并增加了6000平米的停留空间。海岸线水景形成层层叠级的涌泉，与相邻的暴氧再生水阶梯与城市再生水系统连接，补充北侧另外四个水池的水源。通过设置连续的海绵滞留湿地和草坪绿带，为周边居住和经过的市民提供可参与的活动空间。

The North Waterscape is composed of five plots, primarily featuring office towers and Kempinski Hotel, and residential buildings across the road. The original waterscape area of 17,000 square meters has been transformed into 9,000 square meters, and an additional 6,000 square meters of leisure spaces were added. At the western edge stands the Coastline Water Feature with a dynamic cascade. Adjacent to it, the aerated recycled water staircase is connected to the city recycled water system. It replenishes the water supply for the northern section’s remaining four pools. Along the sponge retention wetlands, a continuous area of aromatic gardens, shaded lawns, and tree squares has been created for residents and citizens.

项目的传承与发展

The Inheritance and Innovation of the Project

南山商业文化中心区景观水池改造项目的建成离不开城市管理者、城市建设和运营团队对于再生水循环、海绵等可持续发展策略的研究与实践。项目沿用了二十年前付诸实践并荣获奖项的再生水循环理念。此外，北水景池底和自行车停车区的铺装设计秉承利旧原则，使用了大量的场地原有材料。

The completion of this project is inseparable from the research and practice of sustainable development strategies such as recycled water circulation and the sponge city concept by the project management and construction teams. The project has continued to apply the recycled water circulation concept that was planned and practiced two decades ago. Moreover, the pool bottom of the North Waterscape and the bicycle parking areas have reused on-site materials.
