由译地 + 深城交联合设计的龙华设计产业园（一期）位于深圳北站商务中心区，东接深圳北站，西连红木山郊野公园。龙华设计产业园不仅是深圳首个工程设计产业园，更是全国首个“企业联合拿地+建成运营”模式的工程设计产业园，项目开发主体为深圳市水务规划设计院股份有限公司、深圳市城市交通规划设计研究中心、深圳市综合交通设计研究院有限公司、深圳市华阳国际工程设计股份有限公司等四家设计公司，于2025年建成并投入使用。

The Shenzhen Longhua Design Headquarters Landscape Project (Phase I), jointly designed by eLandscript and SUTPC, is located in the Shenzhen North Railway Station CBD. It is adjacent to the Railway Station in the east and connected to Redwood Mountain Park in the west. This project is the first engineering design industry park in China adopting the “joint land acquisition by enterprises + construction and operation” model. The project development entities include SWPD + SUTPC + CTDRI + HUAYANG, four design companies in total. The park is completed and put into use in 2025.

景观设计的目标是营造一个融合创新、科技和人文的自然媒介，平面布局以建筑肌理为出发点，并通过地面、地下和二层连廊进行空间串联及强化视线关系。

The goal of the landscape design is to create a natural medium that integrates innovation, technology, and humanities. The landscape layout starts with the architectural texture and strengthens the spatial connection and visual relationship through the multi-levels: GF, B1F & 2F corridors.

地面首层的企业办公到达，兼容人行、车行和消防疏散的空间组织。四栋企业到达的空间设计在整体统筹协同的基础上，依据不同的企业精神进行了定制化的设计。围绕下沉广场一圈采用了景观退台式设计的观景挑台，这里可以凝视眺望、仰望蓝天。

On the ground floor, the headquarter arrival spaces are designed to accommodate pedestrians, vehicles, and fire evacuation spaces. The office arrival is customized based on the overall coordination and the unique spirit of each tower owner. Around the sunken plaza, landscape terraced observation platforms are designed, offering spaces for gazing into the distance and looking up at the blue sky.

负一层的下沉广场强调空间的公共交流属性，凤凰木休憩平台为办公和公众提供多种社交可能，独享又或三五人的小组讨论，都可以在这里发生。结合架空层立柱打造的办公长桌，成为花园办公的打卡点。

The sunken plaza on the B1 level emphasizes the public communication attribute of the space. The tree canopy platform provides various social possibilities for office users and the public. The high table integrated with the columns of the overhead layer has become a popular spot for outdoor work.

楼栋之间的三个下沉庭院，是围绕企业餐厅的借景休憩花园。二层连廊与各楼栋的建筑灰空间有机串联，是独属于办公人群的咖啡社交空间，并提供了多个向四周眺望的空中露台。

The three sunken courtyards between the buildings serve as scenery gardens of cafeteria. The second-floor corridor connects four buildings, creating a social space for office users and providing multiple aerial terraces for overlooking the surroundings.

错层景观构成手法是本项目的一大亮点，高挑空的灰空间多年生地被和水景设计将自然引入大堂。

The staggered landscape composition method is a highlight of this project. The water feature and ground cover landscape designs bring nature into each office lobby.
