梯度与适度·陆家嘴某资产管理公司室内设计丨中国上海丨HCCH合尘建筑

金融办公总部二期占据了陆家嘴超高层的整层，是其一期空间的补充与延伸（见回旋的光栅）。

The second phase of theasset management company occupies an entire floor of a super high-rise building in Lujiazui of Shanghai, serving as a supplement and extension of its first-phase space (see Winding Frames of Light Office).

基于近年的经济形势和团队对一期使用体验的反馈，业主对新空间提出了以下几方面的需求：

希望公共区域有更大的灵活性来适应多样的使用场景。

在延续一期去风格化的基础上，尝试略多样而温暖的材料。

道具和物料需有重复利用的可能，以适应办公场地的置换。

Considering recent economic downturn and user’s feedback regarding the first-phase experience, the client outlined the following requirements for the new space:

The public areas need greater flexibility to accommodate various scenarios.

While maintaining the neutral sober atmosphere, warmer materials with subtle variation should be explored.

Furniture and materials should be designed with the possibility of reuse, in order to adapt to changes in the office layout.

我们试图以此契机重新理解和挖掘设计的另一种角度：赋予各个层级和尺度不同的固定程度，使空间具有可变性和适度留白。

We attempted to rethink an alternative perspective on office interior design: by introducing varying degrees of permanence on different levels and scales, to leave the space with more elasticity and moderate blank.

弱化对形态和风格的表达，寻找平实、灵活、长效的做法。

减少固定墙体、复杂道具、柔性灯带的运用，用模块化家具和租赁绿化限定和塑造空间。

将造价用于提高物理环境的性能（空调、照明、隔音降噪），降低装饰构件的成本。

Downplaying the expression of form and style, and seeking simple, flexible, and long-lasting solutions.

Reducing the use of fixed walls, luxury components, and fragile LED strips, instead using modular furniture and renting greenery to define the space.

Allocating the budget to the performance of physical environment, while lowering the costs of decorative elements.

设计主体分为三类要素：

The design is majorly focus on three aspects:

1. 均匀的场域

Homogeneous field

设计将天花和地面理解为最最均质的背景，提供几乎所有关乎舒适的设备。吊顶采用半透和多孔的格栅或张拉网，便于遮蔽点位、日常检修，且保持视觉连续统一。内部办公区域延续了一期可开合张拉网的要素和爪形风口，用浅金色调和办公区超高照度的冰冷感。公共活动区域采用冲孔铝板构成的菱形网格吊顶（而非一期的圆形散流口），以减少大空间回声的问题，并利于布置更均匀温暖的光环境。地面采用平纹或编织PVC，用肌理和颜色的轻微变化限定区域。

The design treats the ceiling and floor as the most homogeneous background, providing all the MEP and lighting. The ceiling features two types composition, metal mesh and aluminum grid, which allow for easy maintenance while ensuring visual continuity and unity. The work area adopts openable metal mesh and ultra-narrow slot diffuser, all in light gold. The public area is outfitted with a diamond-shaped perforated aluminum grid ceiling to improve acoustic and facilitate an even and warm lighting environment. The floor is covered with plain or woven PVC, with subtle variations in texture and color to define different zones.

2.基础设施胶囊

infrastructure capsule

All phone booths, discussion rooms, and meeting rooms are conceived as infrastructure capsules floating on the uniform background. In the public area, oval-shape meeting rooms are compactly clustered together, forming a fluid, garden-like wall of scenery. The looking-through openings, cluster of greenery, rough travertine paint and mirrored stainless steel, all help to introduce a sense of breathing and flow to the highly privacy-focused artificial environment.

在内部办公区，会议室和茶水间被设置为带有不同色彩（金色、暗红、灰绿）木饰面的盒子，以在空间中互相照应并作为清晰的指代提示。

In work area, meeting rooms and pantries are defined as boxes with different wood finishes (gold, dark red, gray-green). They boxes are scattered and looking at each other, helping the users to locate a certain meeting place.

3. 流动的家具

fluid furniture

本次设计避免对复杂道具和灯具的运用。在公共区域只引入了三种简易家具：靠外窗的沙发座、弧形长凳+书架、弧形长桌。它们都用多层板制作，采用纤细的钢构件。它们可以结合空间内不同的活动（研讨会、日常午餐、临时展览、运动瑜伽）进行布局和腾挪。单元模块之间采用极其简易的插销链接，无需螺丝和工具、非常方便变换布局。

The design intentionally avoids the use of complex props and light. In the public areas, only four types of simple furniture were introduced: sofas by the windows, curved benches with bookshelves, and curved long tables. These pieces are all made in laminated panel and slender steel tube. They can be arranged to accommodate different activities within the space (such as workshops, daily lunches, temporary exhibitions, lecture, and yoga sessions). The units are linked together with extremely simple plug-in connections, requiring no screws or tools.

本次设计在避免过度设计的同时，探讨朴素与适度的方法。这一现实需求并不意味着设计密度的缩水，而是提示了设计思考和介入方式的转向。

We try to explore the approach of simplicity and moderation, while avoiding excessive articulation. This utilitarian perspective does not mean reduction in design; rather, it urges architect to shift our ways of thinking and making.
