Finoa（费挪服装）总部坐落于杭州，空间集办公、展示及部分生产功能于一体。作为品牌市场拓展的重要载体，很多需求和功能将伴随着规模扩大而逐步增加，甲方希望通过设计，形成一套拥有完整的空间逻辑的场所，进而提升各部门的沟通和工作效率。

This project is focused on Finoa’sheadquarters in Hangzhou. Finoa specification is for an office integrating with space for exhibition, and small production functions. As a key vehicle for the brand’s market expansion in the fashion industry known for its fast pace, many needs and functions will gradually increase as the scale grows. Our client hopes thata space with a complete logical spatial framework that can withstand time can be createdthrough design, thereby maintaining operational efficiency across a variety of ever-changing instances.

01 洄游启示

Migration Revelation

基于服装产业的特殊性，从每季的样品、物料，到员工的个人物品，组织大量的分类收纳空间尤为重要。空间布局设计以工作流程为核心，建立起清晰的动线界面，允许空间中不同事件的发生，同时兼顾品牌在不同发展阶段的潜在需求。功能区之间的动线连接和空间使用效率是我们在这一阶段考虑的重点。

The unique characteristics of the fashion industry result in seasonal samples and materials needs to employees’ personal belongings, organisation by way of a categorised storage space is essential. The spatial layout is designed with workflow as inline with Finoa’s core principle of “incubator of Ideas”. A design established with clear circulation interfaces that accommodates for an array of activities, each one as diverse as the next, whilst not forgoing the practicality of addressing needs and potentials at different stages of the brand’s development. Hence the flexible connectivity of functional zones and spatial efficiency were key consideration.

空间内各功能体块通过洄游动线有机连接：生产部门和普通办公区域之间动线更加明确独立；进入展厅和正式办公室的动线分离很好的分流了不同目的人群；不同工作区和生产部门相连的“开放区域”让沟通和相遇变得更加随意和高效。

The functional blocks within the space are organically linked through an inquisitive circulation path; the route between the production department and openoffice areas is more defined and independent; separate pathways for the exhibition hall and offices effectively separate user groups with varying goal orientations and different purposes. The addition of “open zones” connect various work areas and production departments make crosscutting work, and collaboration a more casual event resulting in efficacy in in understanding between wider colleagues and stakeholders.

设计在保留办公区域相对私密性的同时，增加了不同部门工作区的开放程度，用“活动的墙”来实现各功能区软性隔断，可自由组合的模块家具则赋予空间持续演变的可能，流动和开放的设计语言营造出更有活力的工作空间。

The design enhances interdepartmental openness in the workspaceacross different departments. “Movable walls” serve as soft partitions between functional zones, and modular furniture allows continuingspatial evolution. The fluid and open design language encourages a more dynamic workspace, and preserves the relative privacy of conventional office areas.

02 流动的功能

Mobility functions

“设计不仅是外观和感觉，也关乎如何运作，不同功能的协调切换让空间成为理性和感性的共生体。” 空间中每一处细节都是经过精心考量的功能叙事，让使用者在流动的空间体验中自然感知品牌的精神内核。

‘Design is not just about appearance and feel, it’s also about practical functionality. That is demonstrated by the seamless coordination and switching of functions make space a symbiosis of rationality and sensibility.’ Every detail in the space is a carefully considered functional narrative, allowing any member of the audience to perceive the brand’s spirit through the fluid spatial experience.

展厅位于一个相对狭长的区域，场地本身的形态使其拥有很多可能性。我们在空间中置入了形态各异的体块以丰富视觉效果和参观体验，石材的不同拼贴也增加了细节层次，在统一中制造故事感。重复、堆叠的陈列架构建空间秩序，局部留白则赋予了展品灵活呈现的可能，形成跳脱与秩序并存的陈列效果。

The exhibition hall is arranged in a relatively narrow area where the morphology of site itself offers many possibilities. Our introduction of varied geometric blocks to enrich visual effects and the visitor experience, while different stone arrangements add layers of detail, creating storytelling within unity. Repetitive, stacked display shelves establish spatial order, and strategic blank spaces allow flexible presentation of exhibits, achieving a display effect that balances playfulness and structure.

不到顶的展柜形式不仅降低了外界实现的干扰，也延伸了空间的呼吸感。

03 形式即特质

Form as Character

直线、弧线与空间原本的物理形态相结合，以一种简洁有力的形式呈现在空间中，传递柔和、沉稳的品牌特质。线、面与构件沿着形式逻辑和内在结构有条不紊地展开，自带韵律和层次。借助可开合纱帘，自然光线均匀覆盖空间，面光和线性光进一步保证了光线的柔和温馨。

Straight lines,arcs, and the space’s original physical form combines to present a minimal yet powerful design, conveying the brand’s delicate, robust and precision identity. Lines, planes, and components are displayed along formal logic and internal structure with inherent rhythm and hierarchy. Operable muslin curtains ensure average distribution of natural light, while surface and linear lighting further enhance a soft and warm ambiance.

设计以“流动的功能”回应服装产业的动态需求，用“松弛的秩序”平衡效率与人文关怀，让空间成为激发效率和创意的媒介，使用者在克制与松弛间，找到属于自己的舒适节奏。

The design responds to the dynamic needs of the apparel industry with “flowing function”, and balances efficiency and humanistic care with “relaxed order”, so that the space becomes a medium to stimulate efficiency and creativity, and the users can find their comfortable rhythms between restraint and relaxation.
