About the project

ZIKZAK Architects have designed a dynamic and multifunctional office space for an international IT company in Cyprus, emphasizing creativity and productivity. Recognizing that a monotonous environment hinders innovation, the designers introduced diverse zones that inspire and energize employees. The vestibule and reception areas evoke a coastal theme with textured surfaces and fluid forms, enhanced by unique lighting installations. Acoustic comfort is prioritized in open spaces through sound-absorbing panels, textile inserts, and greenery, while workstations are positioned near large windows to maximize natural light.

The office layout offers flexibility, with work islands in transit spaces fostering spontaneous collaboration, and private offices balancing formality with playful curved workstations. Meeting rooms of various sizes, Phone Booths, and casual lounges provide adaptability for different work styles. In the dining areas, an Eastern-inspired café ambiance with round forms and bonsai plants enhances the experience, while open terraces are transformed into inviting communal spaces with gazebos, sports zones, and panoramic dining areas.

Blending functionality with aesthetic appeal, the office is designed to be an inspiring workspace that enhances employee well-being. Soft lighting, minimalist plant arrangements, and curved design elements create a welcoming atmosphere, reinforcing the company’s commitment to investing in its people. The result is a thoughtfully designed environment that seamlessly integrates creativity, comfort, and productivity.
