Comprising two towers soaring to the staggering heights of 150 and 180 metres respectively, ‘Vela’ and ‘Vela Viento’ (Latin for ‘Sail’ and ‘Wind’) are designed by Foster + Partners, with interior finesse styled by Gilles & Boissier. The arrival experience, crafted by Lana Hotel developer Omniyat, promises drama and sophistication, setting the tone for a living experience curated by the renowned Dorchester Collection. Located in the centre of Marasi Bay, with direct promenade access, this residence, set to be complete in 2027, is poised to redefine luxury living in Dubai.

Vela, the shorter of the two skyscrapers, and rising to a height of 150 metres, comprises 38 apartments featuring lavish pools that envelop the terrace edges. Vela's amenities encompass an infinity pool, gym, spa and cinema.
