薇拉大理·意识剧场丨中国大理丨向生设计事务所

背景

Background

现薇拉大理·意识剧场中的古建筑为原初唐滇南宰相相戴至德府邸的旧址，数百年间经历拆解重组、平移易址的波折命运。现存于大理古城中，上世纪作为地产商业营销使用，又在十载闲置中再次褪色。

The ancient architecture in the AVIVA Dali · Consciousness Theater was originally the site of Dai Zhide’s residence, the Tang Dynasty prime minister of southern Yunnan. Over centuries, it endured dismantling, reassembly, and relocation before being preserved in Dali Ancient Town. During the last century, it served real estate commercial purposes, then faded again through a decade of disuse.

Building

整栋建筑架构在初唐宰相戴至德府邸原型之上，外部建以玻璃幕墙保护设计，内部利用结构稳固的砖石对木质构件加固。内部空间分为古建筑文化区和商业摄影功能区各占一半，让历史底蕴与现代世界在此对话。

The building structure retains the prototype of Prime Minister Dai Zhide’s early Tang residence. Externally, a protective glass curtain wall encloses the architecture, while internally, stable masonry reinforces the wooden components. The interior equally divides into two zones: a cultural heritage area for ancient architecture and a functional commercial photography space, creating dialogue between historical depth and contemporary engagement.

在现场勘查时深切感受到大理得天独厚的自然环境，光影流动，唤醒最本真的自然疗愈力。我们对调了建筑的出入口，让来访者慢下来，感受到自然、光线带来的放松，舒适。

During our on-site survey, we deeply experienced Dali’s unique natural environment – where the interplay of light and shadow awakens the innate healing power of nature.By reversing the building’s entrance and exit, we encourage visitors to slow their pace and gradually immerse themselves in the soothing effects of nature and light, achieving complete relaxation and comfort.

理念

Concept

为调和原宰相府空间的历史厚重感，消解空间所承载的古朴，薇拉大理意识剧场均采用自然感、雅致感的空间陈设装饰，提出“去设计化”，让纯粹理念与情绪铺陈的空间产生共鸣。我们始终相信最耐人寻味的是沉淀时间后展现的故事感，当审美、精神、情感、功能价值为一体呈现，形影调度间，蔚然与深凛尽显。

To counterbalance the mansion’s historical gravitas, Dali Consciousness Theatre adopts natural, refined furnishings through “de-design” principles, allowing pure concepts and emotions to resonate. We believe enduring charm lies in time-crafted narratives. When aesthetic, spiritual, emotional and functional values coalesce into palpable presence, profundity emerges through light and shadow choreography.

新的入口通过悠长花园长路与桥，增强来访者仪式感与期待感；采用透明玻璃与镜面材质打造门头，让四周的自然与迎面的古建筑做为主角。

A ceremonial garden path and bridge heightens arrival anticipation. Transparent glass and mirrored entrance materials position surrounding nature and the heritage structure as protagonists.

步入室内，在古建筑外围正面墙体局部凿深开口，保留原始结构稳定性，用最轻的调整形成提示性入口，留出来访者进入古建筑的缓冲距离。

Within the interior, carefully excavated openings on original walls preserve structural stability. Minimal adjustments create symbolic thresholds, granting visitors transitional buffer zones before entering historic spaces.

Ancient architecture culture Area

承袭东方人文历史沉淀，呈现克制的极简本质，高透光的玻璃外立面使得光线可照入室内，修复使用最简单的白漆饰面，树影投射仿佛在白墙上作画，漫反射光营造自然归真的空间。

Continuing Eastern humanistic legacy through restrained minimalism, high-transparency glass façades invite sunlight indoors. White-painted surfaces become canvases for tree shadows, with diffused light crafting spaces of natural authenticity.

肃穆感的砖墙和保留原始状态的木质结构，穿过时间的繁华起落，跨越千年沧桑气度，古建的生命有了更深刻与极致的诠释。现代与传统在此碰撞、互融，生出一场逾越千年，跨时代的对话。

Solemn brick walls and preserved wooden structures transcend temporal grandeur. As modernity collides and merges with tradition, an intergenerational dialogue spanning millennia unfolds through architectural language.

檐与梁，作为中式传统建筑标志的存在之一，有建筑”第五立面”之称，代表着历史发展凝练出的特别文化符号。时间之外，看见有温度的情感影像。

保留传统二进式合院设计，自院向内，院落中央植入了在地文化元素，目光汇聚。在两座院落之问，留有洽谈接待的区域，交谈间沉浸属于中国传统礼仪文化的层次感。

Preserving the double-courtyard siheyuan layout, vernacular cultural elements anchor the central space. Reception areas between courtyards immerse visitors in layered Chinese ceremonial etiquette.

以现代审美解构中式徽派古建筑，轻与重在此反转，造就既有传统文化韵味，又充满现代简约气质的理想空间，于此之中，心绪随之向下沉静。

Modern reinterpretation of Hui-style architecture reverses mass perceptions, creating spaces where traditional essence coexists with contemporary minimalism – environments that calm the psyche through downward-settling energy flows.

商业功能区

以光为引，步入商业展示区，矮墙围合庭院的手法打通了原有的内部隔墙，整个空间被光线贯通，以轻盈隔断划分功能区，减少实体墙遮挡，使光线可“游走”于空间。让古典与现代、现实与梦幻交相辉映，造就艺术级高定展厅。

In commercial exhibition zones, low courtyard walls replace internal partitions. Light permeates through translucent screens, making classical/modern and reality/fantasy interplay within this art-grade exhibition space.

施工过程中不经意抬头让我们更加确信捕捉自然光影带来的独具魅力和重要性。

During the construction process, our casual upward glances further convinced us of the unique charm and significance captured through natural light and shadow.

负一层窗边受楼上过道外扩影响，采光有限，形成了阴翳氛围感的花园区，通过黑色碳化木对整个功能区的盒子进行包裹，强化了这种氛围。也让整个空间和四合院的浅盒子形成对比，各自都更好。

Basement windows under corridor overhangs create shaded garden ambiance. Blackened timber cladding intensifies this atmosphere, contrasting with courtyard’s light-toned volumes.

走廊顶面采用了镜面不锈钢，大幅提升了空间的亮度和视觉延伸，长走廊串联新旧空间，缓冲视觉与心理过渡，打破封闭感。

Mirrored stainless steel ceilings amplify brightness and visual extension in corridors that connect old and new spaces, easing perceptual transitions while dissolving enclosure.

美是理念的感性呈现，大面积的深色陈设营造静默而馥郁的木质调，富有摩登感的场景，在光影的情绪作用下，空间的设计层次、色彩和肌理产生化学反应，更带来精神层面的感知。

Beauty manifests as sensible forms. Dark-toned furnishings create silent yet rich wood-toned modernity. Under light’s emotional modulation, spatial layers, hues and textures chemically react to stimulate spiritual perception.

结合摄影品牌需求设置化妆间、试衣间等。

Supporting spaces like makeup rooms and fitting rooms are tailored to the photography brand’s operational needs.

让光流动，树影舞动。「意识」照见内在觉知，「剧场」容纳流动情感。在不经意间洗去古建筑的老气，在光影变幻中承载新生需求。赋予空间全新的生命力。

Light flows, tree shadows dance. “Consciousness” illuminates inner awareness; “Theatre” contains fluid emotions. Imperceptibly rejuvenating heritage architecture, these light-transformed spaces carry new vitality, breathing fresh life into historical fabric.
