At first glance,

River of Life's

striking double-gable pitched roof immediately catches the eye. This contemporary interpretation of the traditional coastal homes in the area is both unique and complementary, making it a standout in the streetscape. The clever use of timber weatherboard panelling – installed vertically instead of horizontally – adds a touch of sophistication, emphasising the home's height and scale. The result is a light, calming atmosphere that perfectly complements the surrounding natural beauty.

As you step inside, the fluid and open approach to planning becomes apparent. A double-height Designed with a young and energetic family in mind, the home is all about creating a sense of recharge and reset. The seamless connection between zones and the surrounding garden ensures a flexibility that will adapt to the family's needs over the years.
