本案的前身是几处已经闲置许久的老房子，外加几口废弃的养殖鱼塘，因为一些原因，我们希望在不改变建筑本体的情况下，来完成本次项目的改造设计。摄影基地主要建筑群体分为一号主要摄影中心，欧式小庄园摄影小屋，以及其他外景拍摄区域。

This project is a transformation of several old, long-abandoned houses and a few disused fish ponds. Due to certain limitations, we aimed to complete the renovation without altering the original building structures. The photography base is composed of three main parts: the Primary Photography Center (Building 1), a European-style garden cottage, and various outdoor shooting areas.

从摄影基地入口进来，最显眼的就是立在池塘小岛上的教堂，但由于土地的性质问题，我们只能采用临时性的建筑来呈现效果，但这对于摄影打卡来说也足够了。

Upon entering the base, the most eye-catching structure is the church located on the pond island. However, due to land use restrictions, we could only present this effect through a temporary structure — but it’s still perfect for creating a stunning photography spot.

一号主要摄影中心分为上下两层。这幢建筑以“穿梭感”为设计核心，让各个不同的摄影空间自由串联起来。外立面上则做了适度的改造，通过一些轻材质让建筑原本老旧的外立面焕然一新。一楼侧边打造为韩系街区风格，地面铺就沥青模仿真实马路，墙面则是原始质感的水泥板材质，搭配街头长椅和店铺造景，让人仿佛置身于首尔街头。空间内部以中古风为基调，家具都是从海外淘回来的中古家具，原木、皮革、藤编等材质交错融合，带来浓厚的年代感与生活气息。二楼则是完全不同的氛围。我们还原了80年代的美式复古格调：老式沙发与灯具，适当点缀一些高饱和度的色彩，让每一角落都散发出怀旧电影般的质感，是拍摄美式生活场景的不二之选。

Building 1 – Primary Photography Center,This two-story building was designed with the concept of “flow” at its core, allowing different themed spaces to interconnect freely. The facade has been moderately refurbished using lightweight materials to give the old building a fresh new appearance. On the ground floor, we’ve created a Korean-style street scene. The ground is paved with asphalt to simulate a real road, and the walls feature raw cement panels, complemented by street benches and storefront setups — evoking the feeling of walking down a street in Seoul. Inside, the space is styled in a vintage tone. The furniture consists of original vintage pieces collected from abroad, with natural materials like wood, leather, and rattan interwoven throughout, creating a rich sense of nostalgia and everyday life.The second floor offers an entirely different atmosphere — an American retro vibe from the 1980s. Vintage sofas and lighting fixtures are paired with vibrant, high-saturation color accents, making every corner feel like a still from a classic film. It’s an ideal setting for shooting American lifestyle scenes.

欧式小庄园摄影区域建筑前身为员工宿舍跟库房，由于位置相对独立，我们进行了更大幅度的外观改造。在原有建筑基础的条件之上，我们重新塑造了外立面结构，增加了欧式雕花窗、烟囱与火山石墙面，将其打造成一个独立的欧式乡村小院。

European Garden Cottage Photography Zone，previously used as staff dormitories and storage rooms, this standalone area has undergone more extensive exterior renovations. Without altering the base structure, we rebuilt the facade with European-style arched windows, chimneys, and volcanic stone walls — transforming it into a quaint countryside-style courtyard.

建筑内部延续了欧洲复古乡村的主题，大量使用做旧墙面，家具线条柔和，充满温度与手工感，适合拍摄自然温馨的生活场景。

The interior continues the European rustic theme, with distressed finishes on the walls and soft, hand-crafted furniture, exuding warmth and charm. It’s a perfect backdrop for capturing natural, cozy lifestyle photography.
