当清晨的一缕阳光洒在木地板的木纹之间，当几何线条与自然肌理开启对话，每个角落都生长出独特的叙事韵律。家不应只是水泥墙内的方寸空间，而是被设计思维重新解构的生活剧场。

When a ray of sunshine in the morning shines between the wood grains of the wood floor, when geometric lines and natural textures start a dialogue, every corner grows a unique narrative rhythm. Home should not be just a square space in a concrete wall, but a life theater that has been deconstructed by design thinking.

设计不止创造视觉惊艳，更构建人与空间的深度羁绊，在这片光影流转的空间里，家成了装载记忆的时光容器，亦是安放身心的诗意栖居。

Design not only creates visual stunning, but also constructs the deep fetters between people and space. In this space where light and shadow flow, home has become a time container for loading memories, and it is also a poetic dwelling place for body and mind.

时间沙漏

褶皱弧旋之间是一首平静诗歌。风从沙漠来，磨圆了沙粒的棱角，化作岁月静好的温柔。

平静，是阅历之后写给身体的疗愈。它无需刻意雕琢，只需光的呼吸、风的触碰，便让每一寸空间生长出自由的形状。

时间沙漏带来的岁月褶皱，是千帆过尽后的哲学………

作为在国外和北京都有居所的客户朋友，此处为归家时陪伴父母购置的度假休闲亲情第二居所，功能上需要三个固定卧室和一个机动多功能房间；客户朋友喜欢品茗，在陪伴层面交互互动扩展空间尽可能保持宽裕尺度。

As a customer friend who has a residence abroad and in Beijing, this is the second residence for vacation, leisure and family purchased with his parents when he returns home, which functionally requires three fixed bedrooms and a mobile multifunctional room; Customers and friends like to enjoy tea, and the space for interaction and expansion at the companion level should be kept as spacious as possible.

整体空间不大，如何满足功能的同时保留空间的透气感和上下层次关系是主要思考。

The overall space is not large, and how to meet the function while maintaining the air permeability of the space is the main consideration.

01. ART ELEGANCE

Elegant, harmonious, refined, balanced and comfortable

天然的木、石、棉麻是可呼吸的空间，用大地色系铺陈整体空间平静，可扩大视野感。适当的流畅弧线是柔化空间的舞蹈，用细微递进的质感与色度微差变化、偶尔重调勾线立骨骼，构建出大调子平衡和谐，小细节入眼入心、触摸有肌理有温度、呈现出一室的细腻。

Natural wood, stone, cotton and linen are breathable spaces, and the earth color system can be used to spread the overall space calm, which can expand the sense of vision. A proper smooth arc is a dance to soften the space. With slight progressive changes in texture and chromaticity, and occasionally readjusting the hook line, the skeleton is built, and the big tone is balanced and harmonious, and the small details are eye-catching, the touch has texture and temperature, showing a room of exquisiteness.

干净利落的空间构建，艺术的光影交相，整个空间追求自然写意纯净之感。在布置的视觉层次上，着重展现界面的和谐与统一，微风袭来，光影绰绰，让光、景与室内过渡至最佳状态，实现人、空间、自然的和谐共生。

Clean space construction, artistic light and shadow, the whole space pursues a sense of natural freehand brushwork and purity. On the visual level of the layout, the harmony and unity of the interface are emphasized, and the breeze strikes and the light and shadow are plentiful, so that the light, the scenery and the interior can transition to the best state and realize the harmonious coexistence of people, space and nature.

02. NATURE

The natural internal and external interaction of light captures the qualitative temperature

时间是对设计最好的证明，在凝固的建筑诗篇里，设计师将时光的流动轨迹悄然镌刻。以空间为容器捕捉晨昏的呼吸，用光线的精妙编织光阴的丝线，让每一寸光阴在空间中沉淀为永恒的诗篇。

Time is the best proof of design. In the solidified architectural poems, designers quietly engrave the flow track of time. Take the space as a container to capture the morning breath, weave the silk thread of time with the subtlety of light, and let every inch of time precipitate into an eternal poem in the space.

将屋主的生活方式塑造成独有的家的形态，在经历格局的洗礼后，空间的互动性、采光度、通透性随之提升。时间、自然、光线、器物在空间里，与空间一同精准地表达着生活的意义。

Shaping the lifestyle of homeowners into a unique form of home, after the baptism of the pattern, the interactivity, lighting and permeability of the space will be improved. Time, nature, light and objects are in space, and together with space, they accurately express the meaning of life.

03. ART

Artistic innovation explores aesthetic value and cultural attributes

设计的目的是为了满足人们的需求，同时追求形式与功能的和谐统一。茶室结合定制榻榻米房间，既可以是公共空间也可以作为私密空间，没有客人时是一方静谧休养品茗天地；有客人时定制的折叠门关闭、物件有对应收纳归置位置，形成隐私之备用客房。

The purpose of design is to meet people’s needs, while pursuing the harmony and unity of form and function. Tea room combined with custom tatami room can be a public space or a private space, and when there are no guests, it is a quiet place to recuperate and enjoy tea. When there are guests, the customized folding door is closed and the objects have corresponding storage locations, forming a private spare room.

设计的精髓在于细节的雕琢，线条的流畅、光影的舞蹈、材质的触感、色彩的温度、纹理的细腻、形态的优雅，每一元素皆自成一格，却又彼此呼应。

The essence of design lies in the carving of details, the smoothness of lines, the dance of light and shadow, the touch of materials, the temperature of colors, the exquisiteness of textures, and the elegance of forms. Each element is unique but echoes each other.

户型结构

用恰到好处适配比例的挑空达成一二楼的上下互动，同时还巧妙给主卧空间保留了一方看湖景休闲阳台。将父母房间调整开门尽可能扩大尺度和规避掉之前入户见门没有隐私的弊端；二层将主卧室分离于独立带景观阳台套间，精心设置搭配的外盥洗弥补主卫尺度的不足，同时巧妙避开镜面对门，形成别具一格的功能和视觉增效；另一端的女儿卧室精巧中开窗即是看湖景。

The interaction between the first floor and the second floor is achieved with the right proportion of empty space, and at the same time, a leisure balcony with a lake view is reserved for the master bedroom space. Adjust the door of parents’ room to expand the scale as much as possible and avoid the disadvantages of no privacy before entering the house; On the second floor, the master bedroom is separated from an independent balcony suite with a view, and the external bathroom is carefully set to make up for the lack of the master bathroom scale, while cleverly avoiding the mirror face to face, forming a unique function and visual synergy; At the other end, the daughter’s bedroom is exquisite, and opening the window is to see the lake view.

茶室结合定制榻榻米房间、没有客人时是一方静谧休养品茗天地，有客人时定制的折叠门关闭、物件有对应收纳归置位置，形成隐私之备用客房；打开封闭的小厨房形成早餐区岛台与客厅互动视野和功能增量，将正式餐厅放置于靠全景观光面，更让一家人的美食畅聊时间愉悦。一楼入户院子则将洗衣晾晒生活巧妙规划遮蔽，整体退隐更突出户外休闲自然与绿植相融的层次美学；屋顶花园则变成观湖景天地和设备隐入其间……

The teahouse is combined with a custom tatami room. When there are no guests, it is a quiet place to rest and enjoy tea. When there are guests, the custom folding door is closed and the objects have corresponding storage locations, forming a private spare room; Open the closed small kitchen to form the interactive vision and function increment between the island and the living room in the breakfast area, and place the formal restaurant on the panoramic sightseeing surface, which makes the family’s food chat time more pleasant.

一系列调节规划尺度精准拿捏，将空间功能与美学一气呵成，四两力能拔千斤在于厚积薄发的储备，才能精准发出这四两之力，谢谢客户朋友的全案委托，落地过程几乎没有参与太多细节，最后表示满意是对我们的最大认可。

A series of adjustments to the planning scale accurately balance the spatial function and aesthetics in one go, and the strength of four or two lies in the accumulated reserves, so as to accurately issue these four or two values. Thanks to the clients and friends for entrusting the whole case, we hardly participated in too many details in the landing process, and finally expressing satisfaction is our greatest recognition.
