Design Style:Align approximately 70% with the Contemporary Arabesque show villa. Combine contemporary design with classic detailing, using muted, neutral finishes and elegant furniture.

Staircase:Use classical marble detailing with a rounded first step. Change the handrail color, as the client dislikes the current finish.

Finishes:Neutral and muted tones are preferred, like the olive green used outside. Formal areas and corridors should have detailed finishes; simpler detailing is acceptable upstairs.

Floors:Use neutral marble with contrasting borders. Avoid carpets—client prefers warm-toned timber parquet in varied patterns.

Walls:Include classic paneling, skirtings, and cornices. Marble detailing around openings. Use carved marble in bathrooms. Paneled doors should match walls. Subtle Islamic/Arabic/Indian elements are welcome. Textured, neutral wallpapers are preferred; avoid busy patterns. Shallow arches are favored.

Ceilings:Incorporate coffered ceilings, beams, and Mouldings. Vary ceiling designs across rooms. Client likes barrel vaults in corridors and gold/brass leaf in lounges. Maximize ceiling height in formal areas.
