The project is located at Devonport in Auckland, New Zealand. It was meticulously designed by the OAA team and enjoys an extremely favorable location. Across the river lies the bustling urban center of Auckland and the iconic Sky Tower. Living here, one can not only enjoy the privacy away from the hustle and bustle but also overlook the dazzling lights of the city skyline, perfectly creating a lifestyle of "overlooking the city and blending into nature".

We not only present the appearance of the building, but also use it as a profound means of communication to convey the interests of the residents and the lifestyle they pursue.
