The Greater Bay Area landlords started to look for us to provide a one-stop service from land design planning, construction, product installation to operation. I thought it would take about 7 years to gain the Greater Bay Area landlords' recognition of our agency's services by using the second-hand space capsule market, which allowed to gradually evolve into a comprehensive development and operation company of a homestay camp and find a group that can become a "play scale" in China!

这座房子位于 Buon Ma Thuot 市郊的半农村地区，占地 7x40 米，缓缓倾斜至山谷。是为一对和他们的两个儿子设计的年轻四口之家。

The house is located in a semi-urban area on the outskirts of Buon Ma Thuot City, on a 7x40-meter plot of land that gently slopes toward a valley. It was designed for a young family of four—a couple and their two sons.

与地区内高密度住宅的普遍趋势相反，设计团队采用了“刚刚好”的方法，专注于基本需求和空间平衡。在设计这座房子时团队的解决方案是基于现场的地形和家庭的日常生活方式。

Contrary to the common trend of high-density housing in the area, the design team adopted a "just enough" approach, focusing on essential needs and spatial balance. In designing this house, the team's solutions were based on the site's topography and the family's everyday lifestyle.
