农业合作社改造项目·多功能文化空间丨西班牙塔拉戈纳丨Camps Felip Arquitecturia

新的文化中心选址于历史悠久的Flix农业合作社建筑群内。设计旨在修复和凸显该建筑的历史价值和社会文化内涵。改造工程主要包含两个层面，一是地基和结构的加固，二是室内空间舒适度的提升。

The new Cultural Center is located in a historic setting that is part of the Flix agricultural cooperative complex. The new space contributes to the recovery and enhancement of the building’s historical and social features and elements. The basic interventions to enable the new center’s use are: foundation and ground stability, structural consolidation, and comfort of the interior spaces.

这座历史建筑的本体特征与其空间类型学密切相关，其类型特征根植于中殿的虚空性，以及建筑群内部各中殿之间的联结关系。建筑师在室内空间中完整保留了中殿的原型结构，通过精心设计，确保空间的舒适性。建筑的外立面由单一砖材构成，室内空间则延续材料叙事，通体运用独特的陶土砖进行整体塑造。这一重复出现的材料语言——或以地面铺装，或为自承重结构构件——遍布整个室内空间，强化了中殿空间的特有的气质。▼方案分析图，diagram© Camps Felip Arquitecturia

The original character of this heritage building is closely linked to its typology: a typology based on the void of the nave and the connection of the naves within the complex. Inside, the nave’s typological structure is preserved and designed to ensure maximum comfort. Just as the façade is configured with a single material, its interior is also made with a unique ceramic adobe material, which is repeated throughout the interior, reinforcing the unique character of the central nave’s void space. This repeated element adapts as a floor or self - supporting element.

设计采用陶土砖面层系统，通过砖饰面与条形陶板提升围护结构的声学性能，同时增强虚空空间的整体性。墙面运用双层表皮系统，在隐藏设备管线的同时，完整保留了中殿原始的虚空特质。改造方案在不改变仓库原有工业风貌的前提下，通过增强屋顶与立面的保温性能，显著提升了建筑围护结构的热工效能。设计完整保留了体现原始建筑类型学特征的关键结构与建筑构件，如木质葡萄漏斗、外隔墙中的蓄水系统、原始开口与通道、传统榨油厂漏斗以及屋顶桁架等历史元素。

A ceramic finish and ceramic battens are proposed to improve the acoustic performance of the enclosure and unify and enhance the void space. A double-skin system is proposed on the vertical walls, allowing the installations of the facility to be organized and hidden so as not to detract from the original, empty appearance of the nave. The renovation proposal aims to rehabilitate the warehouse’s envelope without altering its original industrial appearance, increasing the thermal insulation of the roof and façade. The most valuable construction and architectural elements that characterize the original building’s typology have been preserved, such as the wooden grape hopper, storage cisterns in the exterior dividing wall, the openings and walkway, the oil mill hopper, and the roof trusses.

建筑的主入口保留在Joan Maragall大街一侧，另在Major大街增设技术维护专用通道，并在地面层设置第三个出口连通室外空间。更衣室设置在修复后的蓄水池下部空间，酒吧、卫生间等公共设施布置在中殿外侧毗邻区域（现一层诊疗室下方）。该功能布局释放了主厅空间，使其保持高大开敞的完整矩形空间形态，可灵活适应展览、演出、集会等多功能使用需求。

The main entrance from Joan Maragall Street is preserved, and an access exclusively for maintenance in the technical room is proposed from Major Street. A third exit on the ground floor is located facing the exterior. The programmatic elements of the changing rooms are located beneath the restored cisterns, and the public facilities of the bar and restrooms are located outside the nave, inside the adjacent nave, beneath the current consulting rooms on the first floor. This program layout frees up the main hall, allowing it to host various events and uses in a high, open, rectangular space.
